Triple Peaks Roofing was awesome! We set the appointment and Jeff came out and replaced the lifetime vent pipe boot on our roof soon after. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. I was impressed that he took before pictures and videos of the work done. He explained what work was done and why. The work was done pretty quickly. It's been a month and we haven't had any leaks during the rain since. Thanks Triple Peaks Roofing!

Jeff and Brandie are great. They really helped us to figure out what we needed to repair the leaks in our roof.Robert was our roof technician. He was very good. He was able to identify several problems that needed attention even beyond what was originally thought to be the problem. Both he and Brett worked hard to get our situation rectified. They were very helpful and a joy to work with.We have yet to see how the repairs went. But, we feel confident that the work that was done will benefit us greatly.7/1/22 UpdateWe just had a relatively heavy rain, and we noticed that there were no observable leaks in the places where we could see them before. My porch ceiling wasn't dripping with water like it did before!I'm keeping an eye out to make sure, but we are very happy with what we've seen so far!

Overall experience from talking and answering questions at the Home & Garden Show to scheduling my appointment everything was GREAT..! The installation was QUICK, CLEAN and extremely professional. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Working with Jeff at Triple Peaks renewed my experience with contractors coming into my home. I reached out to several roofers in my area when I found that I had a ceiling leak by my chimney. The only one that responded to me and actually answered their phone was Triple Peaks Roofing and Construction. Angela was very easy to work with and then Jeffrey made sure the job was scheduled and handled quickly. Their staff were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I felt the job was priced fairly and would highly recommend them.

Tripple Peaks Roofing was top notch.They serviced our roof in bad weather after finding wind damaged our roof in a few locations, temporarily repairs lasted through the winter and until our new roof was installed in the spring.They also made repairs to my parents house and exhaust fan repairs so the home could be sold without replacement of a new roof.They have done a great job and at a fair price. They always serviced the roof quickly in emergency situations.

Absolutely love them!! I'm SO IN LOVE with how the job turned out and couldn't be happier I chose them to do it! They literally brightened my day and future life. Just look at these pics!! One pic is with my blackout curtains in my open. the other is JUST the natural light with all curtains closed at the EXACT time of day.. I love it so much I need another one lol. This natural light will also help in the winter for them days your stuck inside due to the cold when its drab and you're missing the natural sunlight you're used to. As a northern Ohioian this is the first winter I'm already dreading ;) THANK YOU TRIPLE PEAKS!!!!

Triple Peaks was great to work with every step of the way. Jeff was great to deal with. Answered every question I had and was simply pleasant to talk to. The crew who did the work was right on time and they worked hard throughout a solid week of miserable 90+ heat every single day. My roof definitely was not one of the easy ones, but they worked through it and were also great to deal with. Their cleanup was thorough and they did not damage any plants or anything in my yard. In the end, the roof looks great and I couldn't be happier. I'm definitely be going back to these guys for future work.

We love our new SOLATUBES, and we haven’t even had a sunny day yet!We have a ranch with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. Our kitchen is in the middle of the house and the kitchen opens up into our dining area. The closest windows are about 20 feet away so even on the brightest days, very little light makes it to the kitchen. We had to turn on lights whenever we went into it. When Jeff finished installing the 14” tube, the amount of illumination was unbelievable.We also put 10-inch tubes in our Master Bath and walk in closet. Both of which don’t have windows. The light in there now is more than enough to do most things. We are still surprised by the light every time we go in there. In fact, the first several times I left the room, I thought the lights were on, and flipped the switch and accidently turned the light on.Jeff Angela and Brenda were great to work with, they even cleaned up after they were done.

Jeff and his crew did a great job on my roof! Jeff informed that my current roof was not properly vented and needed to be corrected. He was the only one to recommend the proper venting be done. Triple Peaks also uses a small skilled crew to do the work. They don't put 20 people on the roof and get it done in a day. I did not want that. The smaller crew did a wonderful, thoughtful and detailed tear-off and new install. If you need anything done by Jeff and his company, don't hesitate to call them! You will not be disappointed by the quality of their work.

Triple Peaks installed Solatubes in the home of my parents and not only did we like the product, we saw what an excellent job they did. They were extremely pleased. So when it came time to install two in our own home, we went right to Triple Peaks. We were very happy with the options for the product, the professional work and personable interaction, and the fast process. They arrived exactly on time (down to the exact minute) and got everything done the same day. The work was so orderly and clean that after they left you would never know these had been installed that same day. And of course we're thrilled with all the additional daylight they bring into the house. Could not recommend more highly. One more thing: if you install one in a bathroom with a shower, get the combo with the ventilation. The ventilation fan we had previously was not terrible but the difference is dramatic: both incredibly quieter and much better ventilation.Service: Skylight installation

We had a great experience with Triple Peaks! We discovered some attic issues when trying to get more installation blown in, and reached out to Triple Peaks upon the recommendation of the person who had installed our solar panels. Jeff was very organized and thorough, researching our property before the first virtual meeting so we could discuss our needs and plan of action. His suggestions helped us move from the "tight house" we were living in, which caused ventilation problems, to a home with the type of air ventilation that reflects current technology and best practices. This included adding ridge vents with caps on the roof, removing the existing second floor fan and replacing it with a new whole house fan, adding the right number of baffles for the size of our house, and extending bathroom vents so they vented outside instead of into the attic. We are very pleased with the solution and have great confidence that he has addressed all of our venting issues and helped us prevent future problems.Service: Attic venting

Mike was a really great guy, pointed out issue based on factual info including picture of issue before asking if we wanted repair done. Didn't feel like he was trying to bull doze me on sale either. Fixed the leak and was reasonable in price.We have a roof that's going to be a high end job because of shingles and material and after my experience with Triple Peaks we'll be getting a quote first from them, hopefully they will be the ones we contract to do the job.Thanks Mike and Triple Peaks for taking one less issue to stress about off our shoulder!

We had three solar tubes installed by Triple Peaks Roofing in August 2017. The solar tube products have been great! The installation and friendliness of the crew was super. The light from the solar tubes is very pleasant and we love the energy efficiency. The only disappointment of the project was the added percentage fee when we paid the bill using a credit card. We were not told about the fee when we asked about payment methods and it was an unpleasant surprise. I wish that the office staff had told us in advance.
