Danny our sales man showed up and gave us a professional presentation. He addressed all our questions and we felt very comfortable with him. Jose and team (the installers) showed up and sided our house in a timely and beautiful manner. Robert was the project manager and he kept us informed at all times regarding what was going to happen. My job consisted of adhering limestone to the exterior of my home over the stone blocks that are below where my vinyl siding ends. My first contact was with Danny Morris, who was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done within a couple of weeks from the date of signing the contract. It was completed to my complete satisfaction by Mike and Louis in one day's time. My neighbors are jealous of my new exterior limestone finish. I've included before and after pictures of one side of the house.

I worked with Danny Morris to get storm damage repairs done for my siding and window. He answered my questions about getting my insurance claim handled and was incredibly responsive as far as being right there when the adjuster said they could come. While I did wait awhile for the window to come in since it was an uncommon size, the quality of work that was done was excellent. The team at Biltmore left my house in better condition than when I first bought, just after it had been renovated. I would hire Biltmore again.

Biltmore, did a fantastic job, starting with Carlton's initial presentation during the estimate process. He brought literature, answered questions, provided a detailed line by line estimate, and there was no pressure to go with them. They gave our home whole new exterior. Starting with the roof, which they added eves to the house, re-sheeted the entire roof and shingled, this was completed within three days. After the roof they reframed our side porch which Bob, the owner of the company, was on site for, getting his hands dirty, and doing a lot of the framing himself. They installed new windows and doors on the porch. After the porch came the siding, which they did a great job. Bob was back on site, installing a large custom window in the dining room.Bob and Carlton kept me up to date on all the processes, and informed me of any changes or potential problems found. They were available for questions. There was one issue, which was not Biltmore's fault but the manufacturers fault, the custom window was built to the wrong specification, and even that was quickly resolved.Over all, our house looks great, and I am very happy with Biltmore! Had a small scale leak above my living room and Biltmore was great in getting fixed. Was initially scared it was gonna be too small a job for them but they were happy to help. Worked with Danny throughout the quote and repair process. Anytime I had a question or concern I'd shoot Danny a text and he'd get back to me ASAP. Very happy I went them. I hired Clinton and his team at Biltmore Exteriors to replace a roof, gutters, and all new windows on a rental property that I own. The entire process made me feel at ease with Clinton. As an out of state investor I had a lot riding in this job and on the reputation of his company. Communication was key for me. Clinton kept me updated at every step of the way. I was provided before and after pictures throughout the process. The finished product and the quality of the work was outstanding. I know that I have the comfort of the warranty in the event I need it, but the quality of the work should last much longer than I'll probably own the rental property. When my other properties need work, Biltmore Exteriors will be my first call. I always get multiple bids, but they are fairly priced, so expect they will be right in the mix. Thanks to Clinton and his team!

From start to finish this is an excellent company to deal with. We had our house sided and new gutters put on. Dan did the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. The estimate was professionally documented and very detailed. Jose and his crew did the siding and they were a very well oiled machine! Our house is a bit unique and they met the challenges wonderfully. Their smiles made my day. They bring their own trailer and haul away all the old siding, no dumpster in the yard! The gutter crew was also excellent. The best part was they stuck to the estimate with no surprise add ons. I have hated how our house looked for years. It really looks like a new house and I smile every time I pull in the driveway. We have a few more years before we will need a roof but I know who I am going to call. Go with Biltmore and you will not be sorry.

After getting an estimate from Clinton at Biltmore Exteriors we hired them to replace a low slope roof that had blown off in mid April. Mark installed the roof and did a great job. Both Clinton and Mark were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them. The only very minor complaint was communicating with me when the roofer was unable to show up. Again this is a very minor complaint and I would definitely hire them again when I need more work done.

This company is superb! The Grove residence highly recommends them for tackling a large complex job with quality, professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness and precision. Many Many thanks to all who participated in extraordinary workmanship. Our very large 6,000 sq ft and unique architecturally designed dome house had severe water and wind damage requiring full replacement of roof, gutters and enhanced materials on the widows peak. We have 25’ ceilings with wooden designed dome ceilings in the dining room that required replacement, as well as back bedroom ceiling and walls. Damages and repairs inside and out nearly hit $90k. This included our 3 car garage. Bob, Wayne, and Tony met with us several times about their strategy and equipment necessary. Wayne met with State Farm and submitted endless paperwork with details and supplements for add on items for replacement and repair. It was such a smooth process in that I was out of it which was peace of mind. Ronald and his team came to remove the existing roof and lay new shingles and flashing. It was about 2 weeks then the next crew came for gutter replacement. Inside repairs came next. Wooden slats were removed from the dining room ceiling so a perfect match could be made to typeknotted wood and color.

Overall the experience was amazing and I will be hiring them again in the near future. They deserve every one of the 5 stars. Their teams are fast, punctual, work around your schedule, clean up the job site well, and take care not to damage anything in the process. Their work ends up looking amazing and their prices are fair for what you get. I will say for transparency I only had two small negatives to my experience. Material deliveries arrived too early twice by a day early each time. To many people this is not a problem and actually would be a plus. For me, I work swing shifts on 12 hour days and arranged to have things delivered on my days off. Instead I had just gotten off shift one day and was an hour into sleeping when I was woken up for a delivery of roof panels. The other day I was actually still on shift and had to have my wife arrange the delivery of siding. These did not impact my decision for 5 stars though as this is a very minor inconvenience in my book. The actual work is perfect and that’s what you are actually hiring them for. Everything from arranging and designing and quoting, through scheduling and implementation. Highly recommend them.
