We had Christmas lights installed by the team at Wade Roofing and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. Wade was extremely responsive during the entire process; we were able to get a thorough estimate the same day we submitted our request and were on the schedule in no time. We did look at a couple other companies, and in terms of price, quality and professionalism Wade Roofing beat them all. The install team did a great job, and the lights look beautiful. And if ever a year needed some early Christmas cheer it is this one for sure!

Among other services, Wade Roofing provides installation of holiday lights. We worked with this company for the first time this year and we intend on making them our go-to company for multiple reasons. Bill Wade is extremely responsive, professional and dependable. We placed an order for holidays lights for our house. On the day of installation, I noticed that the color being installed was not right. There seemed to have been a miscommunication. Bill accepted full responsibility and very quickly, was able to find the right color and we were able to have lights on our house just as we wanted them. Customer service and satisfaction are very important to him and this is very evident in the way he interacts with his clients. His team is courteous, professional and do very high quality work, regardless of the weather. Our house is about 100 years old with a ridiculously high roof line and they skillfully managed the job. They were so polite in my interactions with them, even when we had come across the original problem of the wrong color of lights. We have had lights from another well known company here in Ohio and Bill Wade's team did a far better job. The lights were bright, securely fastened, and looked absolutely outstanding. We intend on making them our go to company for our yearly holiday lights installations. It's so great to give our business to a company that values its clients.

Excellent roofing company. Bill was very patient answering all of our questions and very understanding when we explained our concern about our landscaping. His team was professional, quick and courteous. The work and materials used is outstanding. Our neighbors were just as impressed as we were with how careful the team was with our property. Super pleased. Bill was extremely responsive without being pushy and came out to do the estimate within 2 days of my request. He gave us 3 options that were very reasonable. Once I agreed to quote they came out to do the roof in less than a week. Workers were very professional and got the roof done in 1 day, even with replacing some of the drywall and doing a complete, 2 layer tear off. Wade Roofing did a very professional job in removing the old shingles, re-sheeting some sections with OSB and installing new shingles. They accomplished the work in 2 days time with a crew that worked from sunup to sundown. Very efficient work and excellent cleanup when all done. Bill Wade saved us on two houses. One for sale and one just bought that needed roof and gutters before winter. When the other roofers said they couldn't get it done before spring (at a much higher price for the same products, due to lack of shingle inventory and labor to accomplish it), Bill got it all done. The new house had an army of people working on it in a week and even did things not in the quote at no cost to us. Bill personally kept an eye on things down to the last detail and met all of our needs on the timing of both houses. He's impeccably professional and you can trust his word.
