I had a wonderful experience with this company! From the time I contacted the owner- within a week I had Lonnie (awesome contractor) come out and inspect my roof and take care of a broken seal and leak! He was also kind enough to inspect some of my skylights and replace some rubber seals around free of charge! Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future if needed! Columbus Roof Clean did a great job on cleaning our roof! They came out in January to inspect our roof because we thought we needed a new roof. But it turned out there were just a couple spots that needed fixed and the roof needed a good cleaning. They weren’t able to come out until March because of the weather. But they were very prompt about scheduling a day to come out once there was nicer weather. Lonny came out and it only took a few hours for him to fix and clean our roof. Columbus Roof Clean cleaned the roofs on my house and utility building. They also power washed both buildings and my concrete driveway. My roofs looked very bad before they were cleaned. After the cleaning they almost looked like new. George, the owner, was very professional when he met with us and we signed the contract. Lonnie did the work. He was very professional and did an excellent job in every area. My property looks almost like new. The work Lonnie did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Columbus Roof Clean. Great service cleaning Columbus fungus from our roof. The job was said to take two days and it did as promised. Roof looks great. Gutters were cleared as well and some roof sealant installed as needed.. everything was explained and completed as promised. Very pleased.

Lonnie just finished cleaning our roof and I can't believe it, it looks like new and it's a 10 year old roof. My roof was dirty with moss and mold so my insurance company required I clean it. Columbus Roof Clean used state of the art methods to completely clean the roof and leave it like new. They inspected the roof and found a damaged tile and flashing that needed replaced, they did the repairs the same day as the cleaning. George from Columbus Roof not only cleaned my roof but did a small chimney repair as well. The roof looked new when completed. He asked how old the roof was, and did a full inspection of the roof before the cleaning..and assured me the cleaning of mold and algae would protect my roof for another 10 years before I would need a roof replaced. I was skeptical about their ability to clean the shingles after years of neglect and algae/moss build up but Lonnie made quick work and left them looking like new. Our home needed 2 skylights replaced this past winter. Some of the shingles had to be replaced along with the skylights. Then we noticed how bad our roof looked next to the new shingles. George cleaned my roof and made several minor repairs while he was up there. Even my kids were amazed by how professional George's team was. My neighbor got his roof cleaned by another company a week before I got mine clean. He complained because there was a bleachy smell that was in his house for over a week afterwards and asked if I had the same, which I did not.My roof looks great.
