To be clear, I have only dealt directly with this company on a repair job. They replaced the roof several years before I moved in and did a terrible job (spaced shingles too far apart so the overlap was less then effective). I had them out once to do a repair on the flashing near the chimney. I wasn’t impressed. Unprofessionalism aside (screaming to each other from the roof to the ground like a Dad yelling at his step children) they did a poor job. I had several popped shingles that had deep cracks in them. Instead of replacing them (I had spares) the just slapped some glue in there and didn’t even bother to make them straight. I had a real roofer come out some time later and fix it properly. Would not recommend.
