They will walk you through every aspect of your roofing process and will be on time. They actually finished our roof at the Church in 1 day from start to finish! We had storm damage and needed a complete redo of our roof and back gutter. They showed up on time, communicated clearly and kindly and did an outstanding job. Nothing but a 5* experience. Would highly recommend. We will be using them soley for all future needs. They were super quick, super reliable, and did fantastic work. We had such a great experience with Warner Roofing when they repaired our Mom’s roof after one of the recent big wind storms. We worried about getting the repairs done before another round of big storms but we had all the repairs done within 5 days of reaching out to them, such excellent customer service, value and quality work they provided! Bryan and Jill also gave us references aka “Jill’s List” to other professionals they partner with too, and we’ve already used one of them for gutter cleaning (Gregg at Clear Advantage Window Cleaning). We can not emphasize enough how great Warner was. Our roof had prior damage that was causing leaks and before even scheduling our roof and finalizing initial payment, someone was sent out same day to cover it to avoid any further damage.The communication throughout is clear, quick, and you are never left with questions about what is being done or when. The crew was professional, on time, and did a fanatic job cleaning up after. Pricing was fair and much more reasonable than many other companies. Recommend them for any and all roofing needs!

I have not used them myself I currently do not have any roofing needs but my neighbor used them and was very very happy with their work and their clean up afterwards and the quickness they were able to complete the job, so in turn I referred them to one of my friends from work that was needing done. Definitely needed a new roof, but what I did not realize was the deteriorating condition of the eaves that was uncovered on installation day. After a review and explanation of the solutions we agreed on a plan. The work was done well, efficiently, and did not affect the project. We've owned a number of homes, both new construction and pre-owned over the years and have had a lot of projects, the most recent being a new roof installation by Warner Roofing. Until we worked with the team of Jill & Bryan Warner and their expert installers, we never had any contractors so good! They not only stripped off our previous two roofing layers and installed new shingles, but they expertly installed a total Owens-Corning roofing system. They did a great job and actually finished in one day and our roof is what I would consider very large. Crew worked hard all day and even stayed into the dark while they are cleaned up from the whole roof removal and install. A couple days later they were their to install the gutters and they look great too. I was so pleased with Warner Roofing! Their quote came in about the same as 2 others, but their professionalism is what sold me. I got the quote and explanation of the products they use with absolutely no hard sell, which is what I got from another company who came in and saw the Warner folder on my coffee table. I got day to day communication from Jill about when the job would start since we had been having lots of rain and when the day came, there was a big crew that immediately got to work taking off the old roof. About 6 hours later I had an email from Jill saying the job was done and the crew was cleaning up. I came home to a lovely new roof.
