Just had our hot water tank replaced and Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job! Quickly responded to our call and got the job done fast! They cleaned up after and even looked at some other jobs we need done as well. We will definitely be calling again and we'll never call anyone else again! We appreciate this company so much! My elderly family’s hot water heater started leaking and they were without hot water and water was all over the floor. This company had the best price and was able to come fix our problem the soonest.As it turns out, our original plumbing was a bit wonky. We were so worried we wouldn’t be able to get them hot water that night, but the guys stayed longer to help us fix the problem. They easily could’ve left us to deal with it for the night, but they stayed and continued to troubleshoot. They were so knowledgeable and were able to work out a solution to fix it.We appreciate how honest the guys were. It never felt like they were trying to get more money out of us, they were just trying to get it fixed for us. At the end of the day we expected an extra charge—our plumbing was messed up and it took way longer to fix than a simple hot water heater swap should have. They just asked for the original price.If you want honest, good people that will get the job done for a reasonable price, this is the place to go to. I know I will be going to them for any future plumbing issues I can’t handle myself.

They came out today and fixed my leaking shower drain. The whole process took less than an hour and the guys were very friendly and professional. I even asked for an estimate to add plumbing to an addition on my house, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The work they performed the 1st time for $325. didn't fix the problem so they sent someone else to fix it whom fixed it in 15min and said no charge...then the owner called wanting more money and even threatened to come to our house for more money.. would NOT recommend them to ANYBODY !! We did send them more money because they felt entitled and my husband works hard to pay for those who feel entitled. They spent less then 1hr and 1/2 total at our home.PS. .This was on a Thursday and return visit on Monday.. NOT A WEEKEND.. and we were told NO CHARGE by the 2nd guy then the owner called demanding payment and threatening to come to our house to collect (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)..my husband and I are well known in the area and we PAY our debts when we owe them and expect nothing for free !!

Needed a plumber fast… called Ohio Valley Plumbing and they answered immediately. Explained what I thought was the problem and they told me they would be here at 10:30. They arrived a little early and even though they had other scheduled jobs, they worked on my plumbing issues for about 4hours. They were very professional and nice. They explained things to me as they went along. When the job was finished they cleaned up all the water on my floor. They even put new seals under both my commodes. The price was very reasonable for the hours they worked. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family. I will definitely give them a 5 star rating.Service: Drain cleaning

This was the second time we had Ohio Valley Construction and Plumbing come to our house. First time was to fix a leaking toilet shut off valve and second was to fix what we thought would be an easy do-it-ourselves job that became much more complicated. Jake came out both times. He is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This second visit, Jake came out on a Sunday afternoon/evening. We called the day before Thanksgiving with an exterior trim problem near our upper roof. They came out in the early afternoon, fixed the trim problem quickly and stayed the rest of the day repairing some problems on our roof. They were extremely kind and hard working.
