I can't explain how thankful we are Preston stopped at our because he noticed our tarp we put on our roof we had out up from recent storm and had a leak in my attic. He was so informative and persistent and spent so much time and energy with my stubborn insurance trying to get them to see all the damage that had been done from the storm and get them to do it correctly! He got me new roof, siding, and gutters!!! Can't believe the how stress free and how fast he did it. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks again Preston!!

PRCA blew the competition out of the water in every aspect! They showed up on time, knocked the roof & gutters out in one day. Since then I’ve worked closely with them for other roofing contracts. They will talk to insurance for you, to ensure you’re not getting stalled/shorted by the adjuster.

I had a great experience with PRCA. I love my new roof, it looks great. Isaac was able to work with my insurance company to get my claim approved. At first my insurance company, Nationwide, denied my claim. Isaac was able to work diligently with the claims adjuster and took photos and was able to meet a second time with the adjuster to get the claim approved. I am thankful for his hard work!! I requested an inspection on their website, the next day Isaac came out and did an inspection, gave me a quote and helped us set up a great payment plan! Going through some problems, it was difficult for me to follow through with the roof. Isaac stuck with me and my insurance company for about eight months following up but not nagging, until I was able to follow through. I can’t say enough about his caring, explanations, and helping me. When the day finally came the workers were amazing and Isaac had not exaggerated about the clean-up. They left things in better shape than when they came and in the two week since, I have not found a single nail anywhere. Was approached about missing shingles after a storm came through. Dealt with a gentleman named Preston Stewart. Explained to me that he thought he could get the whole job done through insurance. I was very hesitant at the time. But after talking with the insurance agent, I was in fact able to get the whole job done without costing me a penny. I had the whole house and garage roof stripped off. Both structures were completely redecked with plywood.They installed ice guard and felt paper, with new ridge vent and drip edge. And then installed dimensional shingles. The whole house was topped off was seamless gutters that had leaf guards installed on the top of them. The crew that was sent here to do the job was very respectful and prompt. The wife and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
