Quality Builders of Ohio did an amazing job with our roof replacement. Patrick O’Brien was helpful from start to finish. They arrived before 7 am and were able to install the roof by the afternoon. The clean-up post installation left our property free of any debris. We are extremely happy with the roof, I have included the pictures that Quality Builders of Ohio provided after installation. I would highly recommend Patrick O’Brien from Quality Builders of Ohio.

Quality Builder of Ohio did an awesome job on our roof. It only took them a day to completely remove and replace the entire roof. Sarah and Brent were amazing! They handled everything, including the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels. They always kept me informed on progress and even helped with the insurance. Absolutely wonderful company! Shane Lambo did what he said, followed through always and is such a great guy to work with! My roof and shop were done in a day! No worries about rain or tarping. Fast and easy and reliable. The end result is beautiful and now I have to paint the trim to look as good as the roof! I am 100%+ satisfied and recommend this company and Shane to be your contact. He handled the insurance company as soon as he took over. It was a wonderful experience!

Sean & his crew did an outstanding job taking our old, worn out roof & siding & making our home absolutely dreamy!He was very patient as we chose the color & the crew was professional & extremely efficient getting it all done in less than a week. That in itself is amazing because our home is very unique with lots of different dimensions in that measuring & cutting with all the corners & windows would take most crews at least two weeks on the siding alone, but they had our siding & roof completed in a total of five days!Afterward, they cleaned everything up as if they were never here! All that was left was our beautifully transformed house & tons of compliments from friends & neighbors.We enjoyed working with them & would 10/10 recommend them to anyone! Very happy and pleased with our new roof installed by Quality Builders of Ohio. John was up front and honest, providing assessment photos of our damaged roof for our insurance carrier which, I think greatly spead up the approval process. His knowledge of the process, and the procedures associated with insurance adjusters culminated in expedited service which from our initial meeting to the day of installation completion I believe was three weeks! Easy working with Jeff from start to finish. Was recommended by several neighbors and we are glad we chose to go with them. Jeff was patient while we waited on our insurance company and thoroughly explained how the process worked since we had never had a home insurance claim before. It has been over a year and we still love the look and their crew did a great job of cleanup.

Where to start? You never know what you're going to get when someone comes to your door and tells you they can do a storm assessment on your roof. Of course, before I committed to anything, I did my due diligence and looked up their reviews and I couldn't believe that a contracting company on Google received 4.9 stars!My fellow reviewers were spot on! From the very beginning, Quality Builders they took great care of our roof process from dealing with insurance, to the Solar Company, keeping me constantly updated and the process was so simple!My main point of contact on the project was Dave Shumate. Wow! What a gem of a contractor. He was in continuous communication, would even send holiday messages to us, which was above & beyond! They helped me through the insurance claim process, it was our first time making a claim on the house, and would help me with every question I had. Next, they had to schedule with the solar company for panel removal and reinstall, I barely had to speak to anyone with the solar company. Dave also came to a meeting with another guy who helped me pick out the shingle and drip edge colors. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect the day of our install and if I ever had a question (usually about solar) and he didn’t have the answer, he would immediately contact his company, get an answer and get back to me ASAP.When it was time to install the roof, I was floored by how many people they had here to complete the job. Dave of course was present and watching over everything for us. They arrived when they said they would and done by 5pm. They did an amazing job cleaning everything up, we never even found so much as a rouge nail left in the yard.We had some issues with the solar company when they arrived to reinstall our panels, from not finishing and returning a couple of days later to leaving our yard an absolute mess. Dave contacted the solar company to issue a complaint for us and was successful at getting the solar company to reimburse us some money. Due to the sloppy job they did on our yard, Dave even came back for a final roof inspection to make sure they didn’t leave the roof looking as bad. Unfortunately, they left a bunch of trash up on the roof too, but Dave took care of all of it.Would I recommend Quality Builders of Ohio for your next home project?! Absolutely, over and over! Answering that knock on my door last fall was the best decision I could have made for improvement to my home. A huge thank you to Dave Shumate and the Quality Builders of Ohio team!

From start to finish, Quality Builders of Ohio were easy to work with for my roof.The process seemed overwhelming. Not only was it the Insurance Company, but also my H.O.A standards. In fact, John was able to walk through everything with me and answered my questions often along the way. We recently had our roof installed by quality builders and they did a fantastic job. Robert worked with us and our insurance adjuster to assess damages to our roof and get majority of it covered. They gave us an honest quote with no hidden surprises. Jamie and Chad were very easy and great to deal with in streamlining everything and the construction crew did an excellent job and had our roof done start to finish in less than six hours. I will forever 100% recommend this company! My insurance company kept denying a full roof replacement for a year. They approved a patch job that looked like a checker board! I sat back and Dustin and his crew were my voice. They never stopped fighting for me. I was reassured throughout the whole process. When I was finally approved and it was time to pick shingle color I couldn't! He then sent me pictures and addresses to look at to pick instead of the samples. This process was long but they did it all for me. I've told so many people my situation and they explained similar situations they had and other companies stop trying. Today my roof was completed! I am beyond happy with increasing the value of my home with a beautiful finished product. I also could hang out with these guys on a regular basis because they are great! Professional and friendly!

All I can say is God is good! We're first-time homeowners and within the first year of living here, a windstorm hit us hard. A neighbor brought us back a piece of our siding, lol. I was discouraged by my insurance to make a claim, but I had just joined a community page on FB and a lady referred me to Quality Builders of Ohio to get a free estimate. Zach Thompson reached out quickly and his team let us know exactly what kind of damage we we're looking at. It was more extensive than we had imagined. They took pictures of the roof for us. I was really dreading this project (dealing with insurance) but Zach helped every step of the way. His knowledge and patience is top-notch. They were prompt and arrived when they said they would and temporarily repaired my roof with a tarp until the claims adjuster could come out! They handled pretty much everything! Anthony was very knowledgeable and actually picked out the color of my roof! With his experience I just went with it! He chose Pacific Wave from Owens Corning and it gave my house that extra pop that it had been missing! He nailed it! Trust your gut, go with a company you’ve heard of. These guys are good at sales, but terrible at follow thru. Literally took 6+ months to finish my roof. They left an insane mess, and are nearly impossible to get back out here for repairs. My advice - GO ELSEWHERE.Give me a little bit and up update this with photos of the work and the mess they leave behind.

I called Robert after we had a major wind storm come through that damaged multiple shingles on our house. He came out right away and out up a temporary tarp to prevent any further damage while we waited on my insurance adjuster. Robert was there every step of the way ready to answer any questions and take care of everything the insurance company needed. After my adjustor came out and sent back half replacement with several repairs, it was apparent my shingles were not gonna match the new ones. Robert delt with the insurance company to insure we got a full replacement! The crew showed up, tore off all the old, put the new on, and cleaned up in half a day wonder fast clean work.
