Blake was super helpful with checking our units in the house. He was also willing to check my water heater even though I forgot to communicate that to the dispatcher. Was honest, told me it isn't broken, don't need to fix it rather than try and sell me something. They have put in our AC, Furnace and have been super helpful and kind.

I called to have my furnace hooked up and was met with an early appointment to have someone come out. John arrived and was extremely respectful and walked me through everything he was doing. I also asked about another project that needed done with the house and he was very happy to find a few different options with getting the project done. Finally, he told me how much the furnace hook-up would be and it was much cheaper than I had originally thought. Overall I'm very happy with Right Way and John's work. Thank you

Gavin and Nate did an excellent job with our furnance installation. They were right on time. Professional and courtesy the whole time. Very meticulous with showing us the new furnace, explaining the thermostat, and what to expect with the new installation. The whole process with this company was exceptional from the quotes, scheduling, and installation. Would definitely use them for any heating and cooling need. Exceptional service on a same day service call, my furnace went out that morning and they had a tech (John) out before noon. John was super personable and respectful, and explained everything he was looking at/doing. He had the issue fixed quickly, no mess, and was thorough in making sure that the furnace was working properly afterwards - I was super impressed that he made sure to take pics of the furnace info just in case there were further issues and parts needed ordered. My dog also appreciated his willingness to allow him to supervise his work and said he did a great job. Turned a stressful situation into a great experience and they're the only people I will call from now on with any heat/AC issues and I highly reccomend them. Thanks again!

December 12, 2023. Had the pleasure to meet two nice young men, Gavin and Nate who came out to switch out a gas water heater. The guys were knowledgeable about HVAC altogether and quick and efficient. I was able to learn a few things about HVAC from both young men during our conversation as they were working. It was a good experience! Job well done! If I could give Nate and Gavin 10 stars I would, however, I can only give 5.

Matt and Noah were fantastic technicians. They took on a very difficult job as our home is from the early 1900s and it was not an easy task to install new air-conditioning systems where none was installed before. John was prompt with calling back with a same day visit and arrived to our house 30 minutes earlier than expected (which was nice because it was late!) I had the below leak in my basement and the AC unit is clearly very old in this picture. I needed immediate assistance. They came out that day because I had NO AIR FLOW and looked and decided I needed a new control board and blower. This company was ready to come out to install immediately, the delay was only due to my home warranty. Anytime I would call Right Way they would always have an update and have completed what they needed to. Very impressed!

I do not recommend Right Way Heating and Cooling. When our furnace's gas control valve broke, we reached out to them for a repair. While they were quick to diagnose the issue, our experience went downhill from there.First, they failed to send repair quote. When I called and asked for it, the estimate was shockingly high. We asked them to breakout how much of the quote was for parts and how much was for labor. They told us they could not do that, HUGE RED FLAG.They then proudly stated that their labor charges remain the same, whether it is a one-hour job or an all-day endeavor. This was particularly frustrating, considering the repair we needed was a quick 20-minute fix. In essence, they were prepared to charge us a full day's work for a mere 20-minute task.Needless to say, we chose another company. That company provided a detailed diagnostic and an itemized quote with a transparent timeline. It was almost A THIRD of what Right Way quoted us at.In short, Right Way's lack of transparency, high prices, and inflexibility left us disappointed. I encourage you to get multiple quotes before moving forward with them.Edit in reply to response from owner:I appreciate your prompt response and your commitment to ongoing improvement. However, for the sake of transparency, I am not sure 4% profit computes here. According to the quote I received from Right Way, the estimated price was around $940 (not including the diagnosis charge). Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain an itemized breakdown, leaving me uncertain about the specific charges involved. However, after conducting some research and obtaining additional estimates, I discovered that the part in question typically costs around $150 (reasonable upcharge would be expected here) and can be installed in approximately 20 minutes (not an all day repair).I cannot comment on the quality of your services since we did not proceed further. I believe your team is professional and experienced, but I would advise prospective customers to conduct their own research beforehand. There are numerous reputable companies that will gladly provide detailed quotes for comparison.

Please read this review and let me help save you money and time 🚨First of all the prices are double what they should be literally and they are liars, I originally had them come out to just change a thermostat wire and do a service in which the rep didn’t even look at my furnace or spend more than 1 minute testing it, so I left a 3 star review initially,After I left that initial review I was contacted by the owner -UPDATE FROM 3 to 1 stars :They came back out to “make it right” and their way of doing this was lying about my heat exchanger having holes in it and needing replaced for $2600 dollars, I know this to be a lie because I had someone else look at it, and they said there were 0 issues with it.Bring your business elsewhere, these guys are one of the many scam hvac companies

First of all, I cannot believe more people haven't left a review here. This business is FANTASTIC. They were the 3rd quote we received and not only were they by FAR the best priced, but they were also the only ones who did not try to use high pressure sales tactics. They were able to move the schedule around to get our air in before my husband had to leave the state for work. They replaced our central air (inside and out), our furnace and our hot water tank all in ONE day and did an absolute amazing job. They were on time and responsive, with great customer service. We recommend them to everyone now and will continue to use them until the end of time! If you need a quick fix, recruit this company. We called around 7:00pm and a technician showed up within an hour. Gavin was very insightful and professional, he answered our questions accurately and was able to give us a temporary solution until another technician could come out and give us an estimate on a new unit.
