James came out to my house to check for mold damage in my bathroom. I had a bad mildew smell in the bathroom and I was worried I might have a major problem on my hands. I wasn't sure what the issue was, so James came out and did a full assessment. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Original claim filed with insurance and CPR restoration at the end of December. Still not done. We’ve been without carpet and missing drywall and ceiling paint since that time. James Ballard came out and gave an original estimate of around Valentines Day Mid-February. Well it’s been excuse after excuse and promises to call or perform work with nothing done. Avoid, avoid, avoid!*Update April 2023*4 months after our claim was filed we still do not have carpet. Some areas in family room are not painted. The ice/snow storm of early February caused our sun porch roof to sag and then collapse. James Belland of CPR was fantastic at taking pictures, working with insurance, and overseeing a timely, professional clean up. The roof collapsed on a Thursday. James got insurance approval for the demo and removal, which was all completed on Friday! He was in constant communication with us. The CPR crew did a great job, including putting tarps over newly exposed areas. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Extremely positive experience from start to finish. They were really there for us when we needed them.

From start to finish CPR did an excellent job on replacing the roof of my house. The crew did an excellent job and finished in one day. My contractor, James Belland, stayed in contact with me throught out the entire job. If I didn't know what the insurance company wanted James was very helpful with what was needed. July 2021After extensive wind damage to our roof and one side of our privacy fence being completely knocked down in November 2020, I contacted our homeowner’s insurance and a claim was started for replacement and repairs. I reached out to several contractors and was feeling overwhelmed by having to hire two separate companies—one for the roof and one for the fence. However, upon meeting James Belland, Territory Manager for Crossroads Property Restoration (CPR) my anxieties and fears were put to rest. James explained that CPR, being a restoration company, would take care of our roof replacement as well as repair/replacement of our fence.James impressed me with his calm demeanor, knowledge of industry practices and also for being a stickler about the importance of communication. He assured me that upon hiring CPR as our contractor he would now be our spokesperson with our insurance company, always having our best interest as his priority.As the damage happened during the winter months, repairs were put on hold for the spring weather. James kept in touch, on a weekly to biweekly basis, with updates from his negotiations and communications with our insurance company. He was true to his word—when the insurance company balked at the roof repair quote, James realized the insurance company had not included an ice guard barrier. He explained the importance of having the ice guard in areas that are prone to high winds and snow, and the insurance company changed their quote to include this.Once the weather broke, our roof replacement and the fence repair/replacement was scheduled. We had two separate crews on two different days; each crew was hardworking, respectful and left our property neat and clean. Both the roof replacement and the fence were completed in one day; James was available on-site and oversaw all elements of the job.After the collapsed side of our fence was rebuilt, it was now quite obvious that the other two sides of the fence were out of alignment. James went back to our insurance company and negotiated for additional repairs to be done, which were completed by the same crew previously and also in a timely manner.I am truly thankful to James and CPR for their exemplary services. They are professional, dependable, as well as trustworthy and just a phone call or text away. My roof was only a couple years old and I was made aware of some previous shortcuts/aesthetic that had been done which they improved upon and I love the new look and they were done in a day.

While they were very nice the quality of work performed was not at all good. We had to end the job early due to their lack of ability to complete the work. They did talk with us at the end to reduce cost, however, we continue to find their poor workmanship very frustrating. All in all a very disappointing experience. Their other reviews look good so maybe this was just a one-off performance for them. But I can not recommend this company. The 3 stars are only because they made no excuses and owned up to the poor workmanship.Service: Remodeling

CPR is a terrible company to use. I would never recommend to anyone. They were late to work everyday. They never met my deadlines. They left my front door to my home wide open after working and a raccoon got in my house. I caught one guy smoking cigarettes in my house.
