As usual, I reached out to Mike and his team with short notice in regards to A/C repair. Mike arrived next day as promised. In a downpour, Mike charged the unit, changed out a faulty capacitor, and trouble shooted unit to find a 3-amp blown fuse. Again, all of this was accomplished in the rain, after hours, with no extra fees. Additionally, he walked me through what to look for if unit stops running again before calling for service. How many crews will do that? I’ll answer; none!!! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues, or general purpose electric issues, one may have. They do it all at a reasonable price with phenomenal service!!!!!Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Repair HVAC, Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services, Heating system maintenance

You know when you talk to a repair tech of any sort and they are a straight shooter and dont beat around the bush? Well this is what you are dealing with when you hire:FURNACE GUYS INC1212 SOUTH FRONT STCOLUMBUS OH 43206I dealt with two gentleman! The head honcho Michael Blount is the man! His coworker, Corey, was amazing too! Man I gotta say they had to come back a second day due to needing a part they didn't have but when I say Michael's communication skills were on point, I'm telling you, yes He is sharp! They were the coolest guys to deal with! Extremely knowledgeable & friendly! I was hooking up a dryer and vent hose while they were repairing my furnace and just eavesdropping on Michael & Coreys conversation about how this part works and that part makes this part do this and so on and so forth I felt educated from being nosey! Then when Michael starts describing the flame from the gas flame thingy and describing what the flame should look like how it should respond and act and even the right color of flame amazed me to the core! You just know this dude has been doing this a long time and his friendly demeanor and willingness to explain things to me and also.coach me on the best filters to get and why just blew my mind!
