We worked with FCI Design to do a three story addition and renovation on our Rocky River home and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. This family run company goes out of their way to make the entire process run smoothly. Mike is attentive and unlike many contractors we have worked with, is very communicative and honest. We trusted him completely. Even when our project was complete, we stayed in contact and if we ever had any minor issue, that were even unrelated to the renovation, we would call him for his opinion and he would always be willing to help. We used FCI again for our basement renovation years later and had the same excellent customer service and end result. They will always be our first choice.Service: Remodeling
