As new homeowners still getting the hang of many projects at home, we absolutely rely on Jim! He is incredibly knowledgeable, diligent, and dependable, and I always rest assured that if Jim is getting the job done, it’s going to be done right. We’ve occasionally had projects completed by other people, and it’s every time it was a hassle - both times we said afterward, “we should have seen if Jim could do this.” On our last project, I mentioned when speaking to Laura that I was pregnant, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the products being used were as safe as possible and the area was well-ventilated. I couldn’t be happier every time with their services - they are wonderful people who do fantastic work.

I went to his classes and thought it would be a good person to have in case of an emergency. Emergency came and in the beginning- it was great. He said the fee for coming over to let water out of my tank would be included in the overall price. Very responsive and very quick. BUT because I wasn't home he wouldn't accept payment from the person there despite having a check filled out. When it came to removing the tank and collecting the money, it took 2 months, and I called/spoke with his wife at least 6 or 7 times before he FINALLY came. The emergency fee wasn't deducted, he didn't know how much parts were, and he couldn't tell me his "hourly rate". Extremely disappointed in the customer service, honesty, and transparency. Work quality was adequate.

I spent an entire day off of work waiting for him to come to my house and check out the work I needed done. There was an emergency at a business that got ahead of the day that I specifically scheduled to have him look at my house. While I understand that things happen still spent 8 hours waiting when I did have other things to do. Then, I waited at least a month and finally called back to ask about my quote. I was told that they were sure something had been written up and they would call me back. I never heard back, so I called again a week later. Was told they would be in touch. Still haven't heard back. I can't even begin to rate any work because I can't even get a quote. What a waste of time. I would rate zero stars if at all possible.

Called to have service, got a quote and once I asked about prices lady by the name of Lauren started getting rude telling me to go ahead and do it myself. I asked one question and she started going off about how you dont go to the doctor and have him guess what's wrong. What kind of rep talks to customers like that. Too expensive as well look eslewhere!

I would like to preface that Jim and his assistant Jamie were incredibly professional, punctual, and pleasant. They did exactly what we asked and their workmanship was quality, however their pricing seems a tad high.
