Peaks and Valley is a company to be proud of. They are professional, articulate and treat you like family. They make sure you are totally satisfied! When they give you a time they are punctual and if you need to call them with a concern they are back to you quickly. There work is superior. I would recommend them to anyone. And I don't say that easily.

I had several pieces of loose vinyl siding and damaged siding from a severe rain and wind storm. I called several companies to reattach my siding urgently so the pieces would not rip off with the next storm. One company told me to call another company because my job was too small as they only take on jobs that would be at least $750. The second company stated the loose pieces were too high from the ground, he advised that I find another company as his tallest ladder was 22 ft and I needed someone with a ladder that was at least 32ft.I started searching for other companies from Angi’s List. Peak and Valley responded promptly to my urgent concern (I was afraid that another storm would come and rip the siding off of my home). I was offered an appointment in two days, however it was on a Friday and I would be working late so I asked for an appointment for the following week as I would be on vacation. I was asked to send pictures of the siding, and I received a text that the gentlemen could come out on Saturday instead.Bryan and Mike came and popped the siding in and surveyed other areas of damaged siding. Bryan was very professional, honest, and thorough in the assessments and repair of my siding. He did not try to sell me replacement siding for the other damaged areas of siding, instead he offered suggestions.Finally the COST!!!!! The job was so small, that he told me it would be no charge…NOW WHO DOES THAT IN 2024???!!!!!!!! Of course I could not just let him and his buddy just walk away without compensation for climbing 34ft to pop the siding back in on a SATURDAY while the Cavs were playing in the playoffs!!!! I was expecting to pay at least $300 for the company coming out on a Saturday for such a small job to prevent further damage from the siding ripping off.I WILL DEFINITELY USE PEAK AND VALLEY FOR MY FUTURE SIDING AND ROOFING NEEDS. I even referred them to my boyfriend as he has some loose and damaged siding as well. You definitely will not go wrong with this honest and respectable company.

I don't know who rated you 5 stars, I'm beginning to think it's family and friends. We have been waiting 3 hours today for a visit and no one showed up. Literally scheduled time to be away from work to be home and NO ONE called to communicate about anything. I called to see what happened, and it went to voicemail. Good customer service is definitely shot down and those vax shots must be chipping away at people's brains. This nonchalant non-communicative behavior deserves no second chances. You've all been getting way too comfortable being unprofessional and at the end giving a petty "I'm sorry." Off to the next company, that's more professional and might respect people's time.
