I worked for the company for 6 months. The company has great pricing and outstanding customer service. I moved to Louisville, KY to further my career, and I STILL use this company for family and friend needs in Toledo, OH. The administration maintains a positive relationship and keeps their word, are punctual and have a strong reputation. They work well with insurance issues and provide the highest standard of quality while also being fair to their staff. Highly recommend!!!!

Horrible at communicating with clients about the job and arrival time, siding installation crew has either a lack of experience or knowledge about dealing with the intracasies of the house, gutters on flat roof were not working properly and needed multiple areas fixed after installation and it took multiple trips to fix them. Pricing for the job was really good!!!

I was referred to Rocket Restoration, LLC after I had an appraisal done on my house and after making a few calls and comparing overall quality and being offered competitive pricing I knew for sure I would go with them. Had a REALLY big storm recently and lost a few shingles and started to get a leak coming through. I started to panic as this is my first time experiencing such. I made a post on FaceBook reaching out to see if anyone knew a good company who could take care of the job. I was sent over to the FaceBook page of Rocket Restorations, LLC and the response was immediate. They came and ripped out the section that was leaking through, replaced the wood and did a great job matching to the existing shingles and making it look GREAT with NO LEAK.
