Not happy right now. My new washer and dryer was delivered and being hooked up and one of the parts were too small. I called Home Depot and was upset because the delivery people had to go and leave my unit unfinished. I have pile of laundry that I needed to get done for work and could not dry them. The female clerk from the Home Depot store that I was talking to got frustrated and said a few words to me and hung up on me. Before she did I asked to speak with a specific person and she said, ""NO!" and hung up the phone. Yes, I was mad and was upset be she is in customer service service and should have been trained to diffuse the situation. Luckily another home improvement place knew exactly what I needed to do and walked me through it. I purchased new carpet and a new entry door and storm door from Home Depot last year and had it installed. The storm door had to be replaced 3 TIMES and I still have problems with the storm door! It is the 3rd replacement door! It is and Anderson door too and they are not cheap. This last incident with the clerk who hung is my last straw. I'm done. When another home improvement store takes the time to help you with another competitor's issue, it's time to move on. Its unfortunate because I did like shopping there.

My husband and I came in with a big project we need guidance with and preferably help cutting lumber into specific sizes. Not only were we helped, but we met with smiles, respect, and due diligence in making sure we were satisifed with end result. We had a terrible experience at another home improvement store just before coming into The Home Depot, and we were a little self conscious asking for help. Garrett was our associate who helped us with picking things out, helping us cut, and giving us advice on how to put together. He was so helpful and kind. We are very thankful for him and The Home Depot team.

My recent trip to Home Depot for a sliding door and a few other doors was truly outstanding. Ian and Dennis, both friendly and knowledgeable associates, took the time to patiently explain the differences and pros and cons of each sliding door. Their dedication to ensuring I made an informed decision was greatly appreciated.During the delivery, Ian and the other young gentleman( I felt bad that I didn't get his name)exceeded my expectations by carrying the door all the way to my back balcony instead of leaving it on the driveway. Their commitment to exceptional service was evident and made my day even better.The service from the Rossford Home Depot team was exceptional.They consistently strive to ensure customers have a great experience, and I'm thankful for their dedication!

I had a need near closing. They let me in at 8:58 p.m., were all friendly, courteous, and still welcoming. Someone cut a piece of plywood for me. I am so grateful to this store and all the employees I interacted with tonight.

I have been coming to this home depot for years and most of the times, they have what I am looking for. I like that their app integrates with the stock on hand and can count on one hand how many times that has been off. Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help out if you need it. They have a large assortment on everything building related and if they don't have what you need and are able to order it, it comes in pretty quickly. The restrooms are always clean, as is the store. I don't think I have ever had a truly negative experience here and come back here regularly when I need items for projects.

Do love shopping here but I'm very annoyed with not having someone at a register to check me out that I have to check myself out. Yes I'm one of those people. Also, I asked to help desk for a small bit of bubble wrap as I was purchasing 2 8 ft long light bulbs in a package. They directed me to buy some that they couldn't give me a 5-in sheet to wrap around where it was going to be laying against a hard surface. Check the aisle and the smallest role they had was over $30. Definitely annoying that they couldn't spare a small piece after spending $30 on two light bulbs.

The Employees, especially at Customer Service, are knowledgeable, friendly, and will go out of their way to help you. I had an issue with an order that was damaged both times I received it. They took turns and spent an hour and a half on the phone to make sure my situation was resolved as best that they could. The order that they helped me place arrived in perfect condition, and because of them, I ended up not going to a competitor for my purchase. Thank you, Sam, Allison & Alex!

I love this specific Home Depot. I am usually in every few days as I am remodeling my house and need supplies for work as well. The employees are always super nice and helpful! And I most always find everything I need and more! 10/10 recommend!

Making a much better adjustment to what locally the home owner is looking for season to season. They still need to improve the quality of the lower tiers of untreated interior lumber, in my opinion, for the amount they charge.

A large, well stocked Home Depot that usually has anything I'm looking for. I usually wind up going to this one when the closer BG store doesn't have something. The staff are friendly enough and they seem to get more special promotions and sale items than my local HD.

Steve in paint Dept was amazing. So helpful and saw our needs before I asked. Grabbed both 5 gallon buckets of paint and ran then over to get mixed. Then grabbed our 4 others. He was amazing!!!The entire time I was in this store I was asked at least 5 times from different employees if I needed any help. Best experience I have ever had.

2 gentleman came to my home to install the dishwasher we bought, neither spoke English well, I couldn't understand him and they ended up leaving without installing due to lack of communication, he didn't think he was supposed to install and remove old,I believe if you're sending a team out one of them should be able to communicate with the customer, very frustrating now I'm waiting another week for someone to come, hopefully it goes better

If you call your oderes in the night before 99% of the time they have it pulled and waiting for you to come and pick it up.Had my drywall and wood waiting....now if I could just get them to let me drop off my trailer the night before and get them to load it up for me...LOL

Worst experience I ever had. Was working on a big painting project for our kitchen and had to get a gallon of paint. I was also was buying some trim. The trim I got was sold by the Foot. So trying to check out I scanned a couple hundred dollars worth of material and then the very last thing was that trim. I asked the lady to deduct a foot because the end of one of the trim was bad. She said they couldn't do that I would have to go all the way to the back of the store and cut off that one foot piece that is bad. I asked could you get the manager maybe to override it and she says I'm not getting the manager I'm the head cashier and my decisions final. So I canceled all of my order except for the paint which I desperately needed and went on about my way. This seems to be an issue at the store on a regular basis believe me. I would avoid it like the plague.

I purchased over a thousand dollars of materials to be delivered (spent over $4,000 at the Rossford location this year) and I received an email at 3 pm the day it was supposed to be delivered saying it was rescheduled for August 28. I called the store and asked for a Manager. Felicia answered and was not friendly or understanding and put me on hold to find out what happened. She first said well you came into the store and cancelled it. I said no I came into the store and bought 6 2x4s, had them cut, paid and left. She put me on hold again and came back and said Lisa said you called in and gave all of your information and order number and rescheduled. I adamantly said no I did not and no one would have done that. She said Lisa is good at her job and would have double checked the order information. They couldn’t get my order out today and basically thought instead of someone at their store making a mistake costing me time and money that some mysterious person decided to call in and switch my order from today until August 28. Absolutely ridiculous and will never go to Home Depot again.

Our first time in this store because of a major mix up thanks to an online credit mix up gone wrong (not on our end) The 2 ladies at customer service were exceptional & had it figured out, corrected & new product ordered in a short time. Unfortunately, whoever handles their shipping is not making me happy. It was suppose to be at the store 7/9 by 530pm & STILL not there!! This was per customer service & recorded phone call. Not happy with that! Otherwise, Employees are friendly, willing to help as we went looking for a few other things also

Nice Store. Very clean and well-organized. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. If someone doesn't know the exact answer, they'll find someone who does. Always have had good experiences here. Very friendly staff and a large selection of whatever your buying for. From household repairs or remodeling. Shoot, you could build a house with all the lumber, hardware, tools, roofing, concrete, lighting, electrical, and plumbing supplies, that they have here. Including but not limiting too all of their lawn equipment and supplies! This place is unbelievable! I could spend all day in that store, just looking around and dreaming!!

Go anywhere else. Zero customer service. Ask someone a question and they say they’ll send someone but they don’t. That’s if you can even find anyone. They’re either hiding in the back or huddled in groups talking. Go anywhere else. They don’t deserve your business or anyone’s.

Great well stocked store. I was able to get the refrigerator filter very quickly and efficiently for a low price. Staff was very helpful and directed me the right way very quickly. I got a military discount and checkout was quicker than expected. Highly reccomed this store!

I always shop at Lowe’s today. I decided to go to Home Depot and soon as I walk in. There’s a white woman (short red hair )talking about how it should be able to be the Redskins who cares it’s not a big deal and honestly her and just hearing her made me not want to shop there at all. She was so ridiculous and just making it seem like all the genocide of native Americans didn’t matter and we can just name things because it’s not a big deal. I decided I’m not gonna let it get to me. I went to go get help in the dryer department. The lady said I can’t help you. We don’t have any of that. I walked around, found an older gentleman and he was able to help me find everything that I needed and he was very kind. I’d give him five stars he was great he had a army hat on the other employees didn’t even bother

Big store, variety of items, but military discount was ridiculous. Have to sign up then use an app on your phone! I didn't serve my country 8 years to have to go through such a hassle to get a discount, which I DIDN'T get. No reason why you can't just show your I.D., that way there's verification that I am a veteran. Seems harder to get discounts now a days than before for veterans!
