In the last few years Melanko construction has done my siding, new front door, windows, flooring, and has just completed the most beautiful bathroom ever. The one in the basement was from 1970s plastic insert and terrible wallboard. They have never disappointed. Cost was acceptable. Staff was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Communication was good through every step of the project. They will do my next project, whatever that may be.

They made a total mess out of my bathroom and didn’t know how to finish or fix the job. I’ve been without a bathroom for 3 months due to nobody wanting to take on their mess. Electrical unfinished and untested. Plumbing done incorrectly. All had to be torn out and redone. Please find someone that knows what they are doing.Service: Home repairs
