Bought a bike through marketplace and set this up to be dropped off and boxed up through Cyclotherapy. Jon was especially helpful throughout this whole deal from answering my questions and concerns to the actual shipping of the bike. Very friendly and respectful with our conversations. Bike showed up packaged with a lot of attention to potential metal-metal protection. This overall could not have gone better. So thankful for their business and care!

I've used this business for bike maintenance a couple times in the past. They've always been friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. Yesterday, however, they went above and beyond! I met a man on the side of the road. He had run over a piece of tire tread, and the steel belt from the radial got tangled in his bike chain. He had recently gotten the bike, and it seemed to be his most prized, and possibly only real, possession. I let him load it into my Tahoe and took him to Cyclotherapy. The technician read the situation, and left the man's dignity in tact when the time came for payment. It's nice to know that there are still good people in this world, ESPECIALLY in your own community.

Just wanted to leave a review for this place, I had stopped in another bike repair shop in Springfield before going to this one. All I can say is…I will never go back to the other one, extremely rude, and I felt like they didn’t have the time of day for me. Made the short trip across town, walked in here, and had complete different experience. Dropped a rim off to get a spoke replaced, they said it might be a day or two. I Received a call about five hours later, stating it was done and ready to be picked up. I highly recommend this bike shop!

Cyclotherapy is an excellent bike shop that I highly recommend. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about cycling. I will definitely be coming back to bring my wife's bike in for a tune-up.

It is just a great shop. The owner loves bikes and cares about his customers. From new bike purchases to maitenance and repairs, he is paitient and thourough, and a true bike expert, without a hint of the pretentiousness we experience at other shops. It's an ideal shop for all ages and levels of riders.At this shop you will get far better service than the corporate shops that have taken over the industry. It is worth the drive from Columbus for the "hometown" bikeshop experience that is becoming more rare.

This is a great local bike shop. Lots of good products, reasonable prices, very knowledgeable staff, and friendly atmosphere. I have been here multiple times now since I discovered this gem and will continue to bring all my bicycle business here. Whether you are an experienced rider or someone looking to hop back on a bike, this shop is a good start for you. I am continually impressed with how the staff goes above and beyond to help out the customer. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for bike service or sales.

1st of all Very Very nice guy I drove 500 miles to Springfield Ohio from Chicago for for a specialized fuse And I believe he is the owner Mike he told me to take the bike for a test drive outside Then when I came back and told him I love it he adjusted the seat height threw me a water bottle and cage Very professional respectful great service I highly recommend this place for business this is a staight up dude And then we bumped into a situation where the bike didn't in my car and help me take off the front wheel and get it in the backseat. I wish it wasn't so far because I need plenty of upgrades and I think I still might take that ride to get them done.

I love this place and I hope it is around for a long time. I have bought a bike here for my son to take to college, we have had 4 bike's repaired and most recently my wife had a flat on the way through Springfield and they fixed up the tube and tire on the spot. My ‘go to’ bike shop. Excellent service, the staff are friendly and professional. Had my bike serviced and repaired, -rides much better.Bought a new bike from them recently and couldn’t be more pleased with my riding experience.

Bought a RAD Expand 5 from directly from RAD & had it sent here for examination, assembly and adjustments. Long story short ... MANY of the bolts were not torqued/were loose. Handlebars were rather loose. The tires weren't even filled up - were only about half full. I could have done as well or better myself, but I brought it to a "professional", as recommended by RAD, to make sure everything was assembled & adjusted correctly. The wheels didn't fall off which is why I didn't give them 1 star. What a waste of $95.

I feel they are a bit pricey but what isnt these days!!! Lol but ine thing you can't beat is great service!! And these people do as good as can be done this is the second time and different bike i walked in the store with 20 minutes later and I ride the bike out. Great jobs!!! Both high class
