Deer roofing replaced my roof just a couple months ago and I had an excellent experience all the way around. The individuals I worked with epitomized professionalism and dedication. I spoke with Rob on the initial phone call and he came out and provided a free estimate. Rob and everyone I worked with spoke to me with compassion, and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to make any immediate, unnecessary purchases. He encouraged me to get additional quotes and was confident in the estimate he provided. There was complete transparency with the materials they used, how the job would be performed, and the timeline in which they would have the job completed. Rob and his crew worked me into their schedule and even gave me the old sheets of wood from the old roof as I requested. We hired Deer Roofing to replace our roof after getting several estimates and they did not disappoint. They were here early and stayed late both days and went above and beyond. Deer Roofing recently completed a complete tear off and reroof of our two story home. The job included installing 49 square of shingles, resealing the roof against the brick flashing, a valley seam where multiple roof heights came together and complete replacement and resealing of all vent openings.Everything about their work was top notch. The final price was exactly what I was quoted, the crew worked 12 hour days in high heat to complete the job on time and they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been here. They even painted the white pvc vent pipes to match the shingle color. I've intended to do that for 20 years and Deer did it without me even asking.The owner, Antonio, personally oversaw the work, checking on the crew's progress multiple times per day.I highly recommend Deer Roofing as there isn't anything I'd change about the entire experience from quotation to clean up.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

I was very pleased overall with Deer Roofing. Antonio was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came out to give me my estimate and I'll add that the final bill didn't exceed the estimate by a cent. The crew that worked on my home were very professional and skilled at their craft. The work got done fast and everything looks great. I noticed the guys regularly running the magnet around to keep nails from getting imbedded into the ground and they done several passes through my driveway after the jobsite was completely cleaned up which I really appreciated. I was recommended Deer from a friend who used them and I'm glad I had them take care of my roof. Antonio and his crew tore off and replaced our roof, 24 Square, in one day. Looks great and they did a good job cleaning up when done. I actually found a few nails the next day and he sent out two people and they went through my yard again to make sure they were picked up. Highly recommend them. My wife and I called several times to get an estimate on our roof. They set a date/time and stood us up, not once but TWICE! Sounds like bad business to me. No way would I turn down THOUSANDS of dollars...I don't care how busy one may be, you must stay professional. My advice? STEER CLEAR FROM THE DEER!
