I just had my roof stripped and replaced on my home and detached garage. They did a great job. Their crew was very efficient and organized. They literally worked from sun up to son down to get the most done on the good weather day. I would highly recommend if you want a professional job.Siding is next so expect the same level of professionalism.

My roof was done by dependable roofing in December 2021 in May 2022 Someone from the company had to come back out and put a piece of soffit up that should have been Done in December. I can honestly say that I haven't heard anything good or bad about dependable roofing until they came to my house The job was for $ 16000 Nobody or their mother could tell me that the work they did was $16000 worth of workI have Before & After photos and honestly I'm not impressed they did my brother's roof and I have Before & After photos of his house also his house looks fabulous my house not I wouldn't recommend them to Anyone I wouldn't feel comfortable giving a recommendation to a company that didn't follow through on my house I'm sorry they claimed that that's all that they could do the owners should have came out and looked when their crew was finished that didn't happen. I know that when your roof is deteriorated the roofing company is not responsible for everything but they are responsible for the soffit The software on the back of my house was damaged as well due to the roof being Bad the software at the back of my house was not touched by dependable roofing and it should have been. I did get help from the city through a Grant just because I didn't pay for it out of pocket doesn't mean that it shouldn't have been done right. My grandfather was such a wise man always said if you're gonna do something do it right that means a 100%...

Refused to communicate and took a month to even try to schedule is causing an additional 30000$ in damage. Still had the audacity to try to charge me for "repairs" after refusing to communicate at all. Could have been avoided if they answered their phone or said they couldn't do it.

Needed a roof job done quickly and Dependable came recommended from neighbors who had used them in the past. Called them and they returned the call in a day or so. The owner came by and gave an estimate within a week, which was a fair price. A couple weeks later the crew showed up and had the job done in a day. Everything got cleaned up nice and the roof looks great. Owner came by to inspect the job and make sure I was satisfied. This man cares about his business and his customers! I had them do a complete roof and siding job. They had about 6 guys out here to tear off 3 layers of roofing and install a completely new roof in 2 days. EJ and the siding crew were great. They were nice and courteous, and did a helluva job. Thank you Gary and crew for such a great job and a beautiful house.

The office was very helpful explaining my options for chimney repair vs replacement. The proposal was very clear and they performed a site visit to ensure their would be no surprises, or extra work (as much as possible without destructive testing) when the bill came. Spoke with Dependable on multiple occasions regarding a repair as they came highly recommended in the area. Last message was three days prior. After receiving no message back or update placed a final call and was extremely unprofessional. More or less stated our job wasn't big enough and he would get to it when he wanted to. Biggest complaint is in regards to being unprofessional and lack of following up on there word.There's a few things a man has in this world with morals like loyalty, duty, respect honor,integrity, and personal courage.
