Hauck Bros. installed a new Bryant Mini Split system on 2/2/24. The installation was excellent and the crew were highly trained and professional. Very impressed with their attention to detail and very happy with the final product. Been a long term customer with over 23 years of annual service. Hauck Bros. has installed and serviced the 90i furnace and two Mini Splits over this time period. Joe Kitchen is an excellent salesman! No high pressure, down to earth individual, and very easy to work with. I would recommend Hauck Bros. for all your HVAC needs!

Yesterday I was scheduled for a maintenance service call for my central air unit. Jacob B 396 showed up right on time! He was polite, knowledgeable, and methodic as he conducted business. He explained what he was doing and educated me on the best furnace filters and cleaning techniques for the outside air unit. He found a part that was out of tolerance but did not push me to replace it and left the decision up to me completely. I did have him replace the part and he was more than happy to oblige. I have dealt with many service calls for various things over the years and it was very pleasant to have someone show up on time be so proficient without trying to upcharge me for anything. If this is the standard for Hauck Brothers Heating and Cooling then I will not hesitate to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Our furnace stopped working a week before the coldest weather Springfield had seen in 50 years. We called Hauck Brothers who sent a salesman to our door. He was courteous, thorough and professional. We purchased a new furnace and HVAC. An install crew arrived Monday morning and worked diligently to get us heat prior to the arrival of cold weather. We stayed warm as could be during temperatures near zero. They completed the install over the next two days. They were very professional and did exactly what was promised. We had our 3rd mechanical from Hauck brothers replaced today. The salesperson Joe Kitchen has been super nice, not pushy, and a buckeyes fan. Today Kole replaced our hot water tank and just as the previous 2 times he was friendly and intent on cleaning up. For the first time in years our hot water has no stink. We decided to replace our old air conditioner and heating oil furnace. They were very professional when they met with us to discuss our options. The sales representative was not so much a salesman as an educator. He did not push one particular system on us just educated us as to the benefits and drawbacks of each system and let us make the choice as to what fit our needs and budget best. When it came time for installation, they arrived early and worked late in the day. When unforeseen problems occurred they kept us updated as to what was going on and worked diligently to rectify the issues. It took just over two days worth of work to install a whole new system including heat pump and furnace. When they were finished, our house was as clean as it was when they came, and the installation looks good in addition to being very functional. Overall we are very happy with their services and we use them to service year to year on our new system. I would highly recommend them to anyone. On a sidenote, the technicians were very personable, and our dogs like them which says a lot.Service: Installation

Returned home from 50th high school reunion yesterday to a warm house. I called Hauck 400pm ish and received after hours message. David returned my call within 10 minutes.He was in Dayton finishing another emergency call and would come to my house around 6pm. AC unit needs to be replaced. David went to their shop and returned with a loaner stand alone AC unit. David had Riss Warren contact me to set up an appointment to quote a new unit. 4th of July today so will have a quote tomorrow with installation this week. I am so grateful for the prompt emergency response and the loaner AC unit.Thank you.
