Hired to install a microwave. Got connected to him through my home warranty company. Unfortunately, at their first visit, there was a piece missing from the box, which made it impossible for them to do the work, but he did not give up. He ordered the part himself, and called me directly to get the microwave installed. he and his team were fantastic. They took great care in my house, they made some modifications in order to be able to install the microwave and he did everything he should have. They cleaned up afterwards. He ensured that it was level, even though it looks a little off, because , the existing cabinets and tile are not exactly level (who knew). But the microwave is level it performs beautifully, which he verified before leaving so that I would have nothing to worry about. They are professional, friendly, communicative, and attentive. Would definitely use again, and Highly recommend!!

I had plumbing and cosmetic issues in 2 bathrooms and my kitchen that had been a thorn in my side for months. (Broken garbage disposal, leaking faucets, broken shower tiles, weak pressure and relay valve issues in one of my showers, etc) Mark and his right hand man (Terry) came in and knocked out all of the issues I ran down to them in a matter of hours! Not only was the work exactly what I asked for, they were a pleasure to have in my home as well! I struggle with hiring strangers sometimes because I’m a very private person, but these gentlemen were polite, professional, efficient and speedy! I would 10/10 definitely recommend and will be calling Mark 1st for any future projects that I need done! He even referred me to an awesome HVAC guy when I randomly mentioned having issues with my furnace! And even the guy he recommended was just as responsive and efficient! Mark definitely values his business reputation and professional relationships and it shows! Awesome experience all around! I also have to say, from the very beginning Mark gave me a great estimate and I didn’t pay a dime more than he quoted! It was well below other quotes I had gotten over the last few months from different contractors and plumbers as well!! I honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience with this crew! Thanks again guys!!!

They came out on not a great day outside and got up on my 2nd story roof to seal my leaky skylights. I don’t think many others would have done that, at the fair price I was charged. Anybody else would’ve tried to sell me $4000 new skylights. Mark explained everything to me, super thorough. I recommend them and I will call them again for other work!

Had a main water pipe burst sunday night. On Monday, I woke up with no water. I called 7 companies, and no one was willing to come out to look at the pipe. I called Kephart, and he was able to come out late Monday evening (same day) , do an inspection, quote the price, and said he would be out first thing Tuesday morning.Tuesday he came out and fixed the issue like he said they could. Amazing job!! Professional, upfront about the price and details of what is needed and was a quick fix!! Did not waste any time at all. I'm so glad I was able to use his company and will be keeping his number handy as he will be the first person to call next time!!

We had a leak in the water line leading into our bathtub and shower. After failing to fix it ourselves, we contacted Mr. Kephart's company, recommended by a friend. At this point, we had been without running water in house for over two days. They responded about 10 minutes after we called, and they were able to be on site within three hours. Problems were promptly fixed, and the price was reasonable. Also, the price that that quoted before the job was begun was what was charged. I recommend working with Kephart Handyman LLC and plan to do more business with them in the future.

Mark and his crew are amazing! I’ve had them do all kinds of work on my almost 100 year old house including deck restoration, adding new doors, painting, carpentry, plumbing and sealing my flat roof with several jobs still to come. Mark and Terry completed some plumbing repairs to my Aunt's home and was very fair with pricing and made sure i only paid for what was needed. Very friendly and professional.
