Sonia and Jim at customer service were great. Sonia ran out to my car with the paperwork I forgot. Jim helped me load the not light toilet into the back of my truck. Super-helpful & friendly, great job.

Had the worst experience ever, I’m a foreman that travels from state to state doing remodels and new build projects, therefore I’m at Home Depot almost daily, I had terrible experience with a HD associate named Craig, very rude, argumentative, and menacing has no respect for customers he yelled, told me I should know what I want from the store, then threw the items he retrieved for me in the cart twice. Disgusting person

Employees were super helpful. I ran into 4 guys, even over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Wasn't too busy. bummed couldn't get Simple Green wash and wax for my camper..its online order only 😕

I have never really shopped at this Home Depot. I did however place an order air filters since I couldn't find my specific size at any of the stores around. I ordered them online and they arrived at the store on time. The problem was that once the filters arrived at the store it took three days before they put them in the system. It would have been longer had it not been for me reaching out to customer service chat.

I love my milwaukee tools, but I recently went in to buy 12 doors. No one could help me get the doors or even tell me if they were available. I ended up going to Menards and received help loading, ordering, and locating everything I needed.

Had the spray paint my Grandson and I were seeking. The self checkout attendant was polite and friendly. The climate control appeared to be working poorly. It was more cool and comfortable outside in the sun than inside the store.

Just don't even bother buying from here, even if you save thousands of dollars. Their, "installation team," was an absolute joke. Delivered brand new kitchen suite with scratches and dents, and brought absolutely zero tools, refused to run a water line to the new refrigerator's water dispenser/ice maker (while forgetting the installation kit completely). Couldnt retrofit the water line for the dishwasher. Found an excuse as to why they couldn't install the microwave and would have to come back later in the day. Then they didn't show. These people were movers, not installers. Zero training or skill. After 5 calls to Home Depot the best they could do was come out 2.5 weeks from now? See the pictures to see the condition they left my kitchen in.Do yourself a favor. Call Lowes. I will.As a sub-note: look at these reviews. Not a single one of these negative reviews has resulted in a response from the store or from Home Depot corporate. Just like calling them with a complaint. They do not care to give any semblance of customer service because they don't care. The store and the installers (subcontractors) are separate entities and both of them deny any culpability.Hours Later: We have had 7 calls (always us to H.D., they don't and won't call back) and now they are arguing with us that the fault lies with the installation subcontractor. We didn't hire a subcontractor, our money was taken from our bank account by the company named Home Depot. Home Depot hired this company to install. Now they are denying culpability and I kid you not.... are arguing, yes ARGUING with us on the phone. All of this could be resolved by sending a manager out and 1.5 hours of labor but I guess the over $3,000.00 we paid just doesn't warrant any customer service. At all.

This place is helpful when in need of repair and/or home improvements. The store seems well organized. They have beautiful flowers and lots of patio furniture for the season. It's a nice store to visit, but I could never work there. I don't want to handle stranger's wood.

Long story short, I bought my son a new Echo weed eater. I bought the 2 year “replacement” warranty. 21 months later, the thing craps out and won’t run. Took it back to Home Depot with receipt. They basically told me I’m on my own. They offered no help and said they cannot replace it. They said I need to take it up with the manufacturer and then it’s up to me to contact the warranty company and make arrangements to send it back. Don’t waste your money on the “warranty” Home Depot will not stand behind their product and they are rude and incompetent. Looks like it Lowe’s from now on.

The lady at the check out was very nice. And they lady out front moving plants around. Aside from them....no. A couple of young men watched in amusement as I loaded my garden and landscaping materials. But neither offered help or anything. Very poor customer service from them. Debating if I'll return.

I wish I hadn't injured my back because I love just walking around the lumber area and imagining things I can make while enjoying the smells of cut lumber too. I miss being able to do that. I really used to love going shopping here, but now, I am in too much pain to have a joyful shopping experience

It's a smaller home depot - no tool rental, and less in stock than some other stores. However, it is very well run; employees are consistently available and helpful, and everything goes smoothly, even when it's crowded (which it usually isn't).

We ordered a fridge for delivery. This complaint is not so much on HD as it is their contract delivery service. The kids that showed up obviously did not want to work. Then refused to deliver. Said there was an odor in the house. I can not lie there is an odor as we have been preparing fish. My husband is a fisherman. He then loaded the fridge back on the truck. I even asked him to leave it in the driveway and I would install myself. He refused. So HD lost the sale of a 2k dollar fridge and in the future we will go through Lowes as they have their own delivery service and not out sourced ones.

Woke Depot!! Pro-noun pins everywhere, nose rings, tattoos and an over all unprofessional appearance. Also, where are the pro’s, 90% of the people have no clue where something is or they don’t even know who would be able to help….. STOP WORRYING ABOUT BEING WOKE AND BRING BACK SOME PRO SERVICE!!!! My husband had to get heavy lumber that was above his head all by himself.. I sat in the lumber isle for 20 minutes and had 3 associates stare at me and chew the fat with each other instead of helping us...

I actually really love home depot however a couple of the people who work there really aren't that friendly or helpful and I don't want to say that maybe they're racist but for real maybe they are I've seen one girl in particular helpful white man but I but I asked her for help and it was a problem oh and I definitely did let a manager know about that still it still works there never wears a bad blank straight face completely unprofessional as far as somebody should be working in the public. My personal opinion is that person should find another job where you don't have to work directly with the public with the public with the public that means any person of any color or rights nationality whatever. She's not the only one though there are a couple of others that when people are looking for stuff at home depot it seems like it's a chore for them to show you where something is or that I'll just point you in that direction like no it's not that easy it's probably easy for them because they work there. As I said before I really love home depot however they could do better with some of their customer service skills some of their employees thumbs down.

I recently started some home projects and came in for several things. I had an employee Jesse F. approach me to help and now every time I come back in I seem to get his assistance. He is always eager to help each time and is very knowledgeable of several products along with their locations. He is very friendly and always makes my shopping trips much faster and convenient!

Went there twice. 1st for fence posts. 2 employees said they didn't have any. I had to find them myself. Loaded all until 2 left then they come out to help. 2nd i bought new washer. 3 people delivered no one would explain how it worked. Just hooked water up and left. Will never buy from them again.

Waiting in line for 25 minutes to purchase lumber because a manager had to be present for a previous customer purchase. Manager would refuse to let us have the employee satisfaction discount for waiting so long. Manager was a bit rude but the young man up front was very nice and respectful.

They consistently have what I need, at great prices. It is typically less packed than Lowe's and the employees seem friendlier too. They are frequently short staffed however, so hopefully you don't need any help while you are there because it is difficult finding someone.
