A few years ago I contracted with Home Appeal to install entry doors to my home. I received excellent courteous service. The doors were of outstanding quality. Consequently, when I needed replacement windows last fall, I contracted with them again. It is now January and the coldest day of the year. I made a detailed examination around each window. Even with the near-zero degree temperatures, I found no air infiltration and excellent insulation...Great company!

I can't say enough positive things about Home Appeal, LLC. We hired them after meeting with Mike (owner) many years ago. We also got several other bids, but felt most comfortable with Mike. We had them do new siding, windows, doors, downspouts & gutters. The team of employees are so professional, personable, respectful of your property, able to communicate effectively and on time. They worked long days in the dead of winter to complete the job and did it on time. We had them come out for some minor repairs/adjustments over the years and they are always a delight to work with. You really do get what you pay for with this company. Quality work, flexible with customizations and you are treated like a person not a number. They are always fast to respond and honest about limitations & scheduling expectations. I typically wait to review until long after for realistic reviews on how the product holds up. Home Appeal was absolutely wonderful. Mike was very helpful and nice every step of the way, I also appreciated the quick quote. I appreciated Bill sending pictures throughout the work day with updates. I came home and there was minimal dust, their clean up was awesome. Home Appeal installed new exterior doors and also blew additional insulation into the attic of my condo. The doors fit beautifully and the quality is very good. Ordered a front storm full view hideaway screen door and a built in mini blind sliding patio door. Mike coordinated with my schedule to come to the house for quote, and Shawn worked with my schedule for delivery and install. The install crew was thorough and took care to take off interior molding to not damage the wall or the trim itself. Everything was removed and added new within a few hours. I would recommend for sure!

From start to finish Home Appeal is top notch. Mike, is absolutely awesome to work with. We had hail damage and the insurance company would not replace all of the siding on the house. Mike was able to find an exact match in color for us. The job on our roof and siding was done quickly and to perfection. Job site was kept very clean. They even scrubbed off some oil spots on our driveway left from one of the trucks. So small i didn't even notice but they did and took care of it. Mike oversaw the entire project, stopping by and checking the work multiple times throughout the day(s). We were always kept up to date on the progress of the job. Mike even sent pictures of the progress while we were at work. Other neighbors have had roofs and siding replaced in the neighborhood and none of them compare to the quality (both material and install) as Home Appeal. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Home Appeal LLC completed a vinyl siding job for my house. Every step of the process, from the initial outreach to the job completion exceeded my expectations. Mike was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop through every step of the process. The crew was on time every day, and were very thorough in both the quality of the work as well as in communicating with us as needed. The quality of the work is fabulous. We got siding, a small roof repair, and an entryway door from Home Appeal. We got a few different quotes on comparable materials and Home Appeal was slightly lower but generally in-line with the others. The choice to go with Home Appeal was the comfort level in discussing our options and the knowledge and assistance they provided as options. Mike the owner from Home Appeal was very courteous and thorough and took his time with us. He offered opinions based on his expertise, but didn't push anything in picking the right products for our project. Throughout the process, Mike called and texted to keep us updated on when things were happening and the timeline they would be executed. When time came to get to work, his staff was incredibly professional and Mike was there multiple times a day checking on the progress. They have their own crews working and don't subcontract out, and it shows in their pride of work. The results were equally impressive as the process and we are very happy with our remodeled home. I would recommend Home Appeal to anyone in the area looking for a home renovation and they would be my first call on future projects.

Definitely would recommend.We had an insurance claim to replace the siding on our house along with some fascia that was damaged. Mike @ Home Appeal LLC was the consummate professional explaining the whole process to us. Choosing Home Appeal was made easier when a competitor is also showing us siding stated if we are not selected I hope you pick Mike @ Home Appeal. We did, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work. Mike’s crew showed up and got straight to work getting my the siding up. Lisa and Mike have been so helpful and professional during our process. Their communucation was excellent and they delivered on all their promises. Their installers were fast, friendly and cleaned up after every job. We had insulation put in, gutter and downspout replaced and new doors installed. We absolutely love our new front door and garage door! Not only have they greatly improved the curb appeal of our home, but there is no longer a draft coming though. My in-laws needed new siding and a roof due to some hail damage and I was tasked with finding a company to provide the service. At that time, because of all the hail damage in the area, there were many companies knocking on doors to provide quotes for their service. I had heard of Home Appeal and decided to have them give me a quote as well. Mike (the owner BTW) came out and was very thorough about what products his company was using and why they were using those products. All quality stuff. This was different than what the other companies were providing which in most cases weren't even showing us any products...just giving out a quote. We felt a sure sense of confidence with Mike and awarded him the work. Boy, we are so glad we did. The work was awesome and very high quality. Crew was very efficient and cleaned up very well. Most of the neighbors had essentially the same work done, siding and new roof and it was very evident the difference in quality both in the materials and workmanship. There was a noticeable difference in workmanship and finished look. I am not sure how much the others paid, and Mike's quote was not the cheapest...but it was worth every penny. The in-laws were very satisfied. Thanks Mike!

We hired Home Appeal to install nine double-hung windows, a bay window, a nine foot patio door and two screen doors. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. We always get multiple estimates for any work that we're having done, but after meeting with the owner, Mike Maida, we didn't look any further. He is very professional, conscientious, and honest. Several of my neighbors have commented on the color and how much the house looks up to date as compared with when we had our old brown cedar siding. Mike helped me choose the proper color, style, and quality level of the siding which was helpful as there are so many choices. The installation was something to behold - you'd think General Patton had come back to life as a crew foreman! Everything was done efficiently, quickly, and I am hard pressed to find any imperfections anywhere. I can't recommend Mike highly enough.

My wife & I had insulation done in our attic above our whole second floor, and we are incredibly happy with everything! The owner, Mike, does a great job communicating, and after our initial inquiry, it didn't take long for us to schedule a time for him to inspect the area we wanted work on. Upon inspection, he gave us a reasonable quote on the spot and we accepted shortly after. He gave us a timeline of when the work could be done, and it ended up getting done much earlier than expected. It was about a 2.5 hour job, and his team did a wonderful job. He came out while they were getting the work done to make sure everything was in order. We noticed the impact of the insulation right away and continue to notice it as the temperature fluctuates here in Ohio. We are incredibly happy with our experience and the product/services received!
