Just had my new sliding glass door put in today by Aaron and (Jen). They were fantastic. They were on time, super friendly, easy to chat with and made it a point to be extra clean and tidy! They left my house cleaner than when they arrived! And the finished product is better than expected! So so so happy with my purchase, easy to order, easy to schedule (and fast too) and great installation! Highly recommend!!!

It was a pleasure to work with this professional and honest company. We provided architectural building specs and Dan guided us in the final product selection; matching the new window designs to our existing ones for a coherent whole home look. Dan also worked with our builders to deliver the windows when needed and came back to answer install questions, as the builders assumed this installation work (next time we’ll go with Dan’s direct team for install!).

We used a different company to replace most of our Pella wood windows that had rotted a few years ago. That company was great and we have had no issue with their replacement windows. We bid out our remaining windows to finish off our house. Dan with EZ Windows was competitive with the companies we searched. I liked that he is based in Strongsville and veteran owned. We decided to use his company. He is no pressure as was the previous company we used. Do not use the high pressure companies! We had those companies in deciding the first round of replacements (marketing). EZ Windows are great quality with less vinyl and are a more original appearance from the outside than the other company we used. We have not had any issues with the install. Highly recommend.

A scheduled installation could not be kept, plus the weather wasn't great, so they rescheduled and sent out a 4 person crew on a Sunday and the job was completed in one day. We had 15 windows and a custom sliding glass door installed. Dan was literally the first person I called. I told him that and he was super cool about educating me on the questions I should ask the other companies and also the difference between warranties. I talked to 2 other places and just didn't feel comfortable and called him back a few days later to schedule. We did a thorough walk through of the house got the measurements and helped me decide if I wanted my grids for the front ( I DID AND DO LOVE THEM) He was extremely patient since my mom and I had a lot of moving parts to get this accomplished. When we did get the windows scheduled a group of like 5 guys came for a full day and got our windows done beautifully. They were nice and courteous.Bonus Dan doesn't ask for money down you pay when the job is finished and you approve. He also has great warranty for the screens! He gets straight to the point and it knowledgeably and helpful. I couldn't have asked for an easier purchase and installation than what I got from EZ Window Solutions. The two fellas, Russ and John were quick, complete and considerate of not disturbing any of my personal belongings.They placed tarps on all areas they would be walking on while working. They were a great team, knowing exactly what they had to do. They left my home with no clean up needed. The only thing I was left with was beautiful, easy to clean, up to date, energy efficient windows. The two fellas installed my bedroom windows and triple size patio door in about 4 hours. I was thinking this would be an all day job. After having a contractor installed windows when we first bought the house; they were installed incorrectly and so we reached out to EZ Window Solutions for an estimate. After few other estimates, we went with EZ Windows- they had the best prices and warranty. We are very happy with the results, they even came back to cap 2 windows that we didn’t have replaced. This company is why you get multiple quotes on big projects like this. They were by far the most affordable and had the quickest turnaround time (my house needed new windows really badly). When the owner, Dan, first called, he walked me through the type of window that would be best for my house and explained different glass ratings and all that. The crew that installed was great as well. They gave me a quick tutorial on the new windows and flex screens. They replaced all 16 of my windows in four hours, but they still did really professional and high-quality work. Definitely recommend checking them out.Service: Window installation

We had 10 windows and 2 patio sliding doors installed. Got quotes from Anderson , Pella, and EZ/Dan. I had my doubts regarding quality and work product since EZ's quote came in significantly lower than the others. He ultimately got me comfortable after showcasing the product, and walking me through the installation. Russ and the installation team did a great job, and we love the windows and doors. I'm very happy I went with EZ Window Solutions of Strongsville. Looking back, if I went with Anderson or Pella, I would have paid more than necessary. Just wanted to post what an awesome job Dan and his company did for me with our new windows. We leaned towards composite windows for the better quality. Happy to pay a bit extra for an upgraded window. We're happy with the price being a bit lower than some other prices we obtained. Very very easy to work with.
