I recently selected Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro West to remediate mold in my kitchen that was found during construction. Drew was my project manager and he was great to work with. He walked me through the entire process of mold remediation. answered questions and put my mind at ease. From inspection to job completion was less than one week. The crew, Josh and Matt, were thorough, respectful, and left my job site in pristine condition.

After our basement flooded Paul Davis was recommended to do the tearout and mold remediation so we hired them. We are so glad we did. From the initial visit to review the scope of work to the job completion we had a fantastic experience. Arnold, Austin, Ricky, Matt, Craig and Kyle were really friendly, helpful, respectful and hardworking. They did a great job of working around our needs and our 5 dogs. I wish we had this experience with every vendor we've used. We are looking forward to this company helping us restore our finished basement to it's previous condition.

If I could give Paul Davis more than a 5 star review I would.I called them when my parents dishwasher caused water damage to the kitchen, dining room and flooding in the basement. Zach arrived within hours of the call. He was polite and explained the process of what needed to be done. He answered all my questions. The following day Arnold, Mickey, Mooney, Frank, and Derek arrived to begin the water mitigation cleanup. The whole crew was polite, efficient and answered all my questions about the work they were doing. Any dirt or dust left because of the work being done was cleaned up by the crew!I would highly recommend Paul Davis for any restoration work.

Years ago Paul Davis restored our basement due to flooding and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Just recently we had our bathtub converted into a shower and our kitchen and dining room floor redone with vinyl plank flooring. Again we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Paul Davis did an excellent job on restoring my basement after the water heater failed and ruined drywall, flooring and paneling. Zach John’s, project manager came out and assessed what was needed and sent skilled workers to rip out , thoroughly dry and clean out the affected areas. Arnold Santiago did most of the painting and drywall repair. I was very pleased with his work ethic and the work that he did. The new flooring still remains to be laid, but if they do as fine a job as the rest I will be extremely happy.I also cannot forget Dave of Paul Davis who was the liaison between me and the insurance company and who really worked hard to get me all that I deserve. He also sent the men out with the proper equipment each day. I’m highly pleased with Paul Davis and am very glad I chose their company to do the work. They are a professionally run company who hires exceptional workers.

Kyle and Bryan have been great to work with. Kyle was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Bryan was efficient and fast and got the repairs done with no issues. Everything looks great and Bryan even took some pictures for me so I wouldn't have to go into the attic myself! Highly recommend this company for any of your water mitigation needs and repairs.

Working with Paul Davis was a nightmare. They did a kitchen reconstruction on my mother's house. They broke more damn they fixed. The workmanship was horrible and my mother is 88 years old and I feel like they took advantage of an elderly woman. I would never recommend this company.

Nick and his crew responded to our damage within 12 hours (happened Sunday night and they were at our door at 8am on Monday)! The crew could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable on what happened and how to reverse the damage. They were quick, decisive and worked directly with insurance on our behalf. We have had Paul Davis do multiple jobs for us the past few years and Nick Clark was the project manager for all of them.He is absolutely amazing at his job, going above and beyond with everything. Excellent Overall Experience! This organization made a rough dilemna into the best it could be. The issues I had at my home happened at 11pm. I called my insurance company, filed a claim and they asked if I wanted a call back from a contractor within an hour. I said yes. Ish Soltay with Paul Davis had called me back within that hour just as requested. He was at my house first thing the following morning. He was fast, efficient, thorough and kept me informed of what was happening the entire time. He had his techs, Arnold, Joel, Derek, Josh, Rich and Freddy there right away and they were awesome! They took care of everything that needed to be done with professionalism and precision. Working with this team from Paul Davis has been outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to use this team in the future. I'll be recommending them to friends and family!

Nick, Jeremy and the rest of their team from Paul Davis restoration helped up clean up and repair some major water damage cause by ruptured pipes from the Christmas storm. Like many in this area we had multiple water lines burst and due to the volume of these issues it was a nightmare dealing with insurance and trying to find plumbers that were available. Paul Davis not only cleaned up and got us dried out they also handled the remodel and made or damage area better than it was and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Nick and the team were very responsive and helped deal with the insurance as well as working around my schedule. I hope we never have a major issue like this but I know who I’ll call and who I’ll be referring my friends to.

I waited from july until August only because third party had to be involved. So many items broke and list to include clothes shoes,doors and much more. Not recommend. they have sold the business now I hope it is better. Kyle was the one that handle my case but due to Dan we had many problems. Now I can't get them to honor warranty. I keep being blown off. I contacted them Feb. 11, 2023 about it. All I hear is so sorry I'm busy. Asked for them to come look. It would take 10 min. I'm not a million dollar house so ..my house is on the back burner again

Did not feel they did not do a through job. Found soil on floor after. Had to tell them they need to move things from wall and clean some things not done. Had to almost beg them to move things back did most of it plus had to mop up floor. Not happy. This was August 23rd 2023.As of October the owner Drew was advise of the situation and contacted me. Through are conversation he sent employee out to correct the problem .
