Would definitely recommend Price Rite roofing and siding. We had 2 tricky roof leaks and after several inconsistent and very expensive estimates from other local roofing companies, we called Price Rite. Lawrence came out the very next day for a free estimate and thoroughly explained the process of diagnosing the leaks. He also explained how they would attempt to remove the shingles around the leak with almost surgical precision in hopes of saving them for reinstallation, thus saving us a bunch of money and keep the look of the shingles the same. We ultimately chose Price Rite for our repairs as their estimate was significantly less than the others and his process of locating the leaks made the most sense. Lawrence himself returned about a week later, due to the weather, to perform the repairs. He did exactly what he explained, took pictures to show us the damage and issues that he found, and successfully repaired both leaks. We are grateful for Lawrence and Price Rite roofing and siding.

Our thanks to Price Rite and Lawrence who did a great job replacing a roughly 8-foot section of aluminum trim that the wind blew off near the peak of our roof. After we called, Lawrence came out promptly, gave us a good estimate and then returned when he said he would to repair the damage during windy freezing cold weather. We would definitely use Price Rite again.

We had a winter storm tear the gutters and soffits off the back of my house. We discovered they were never installed properly in the first place when the house was built. Price Rite came out right away to seal it up and were back out to complete the repair process right away. This company has been great to work with. The cost was very reasonable and the installer was very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I would recommend Price Rite to anyone.

Price rite roofing has become my go-to company for all roofing and siding. I did my house roofing in 2018 with them. They did an amazing job while I was out of state. Last week, they installed a roof vent for a bathroom, and the job was super clean and perfect. Lawrence was great to work with. He was quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and just awesome all around. Don showed up the day and time he set. He is super professional and incredible. He made sure to keep the area clean and neat while finishing his job pretty quickly.Thank you for such a great company. You'll be the first on my list for whatever comes next to this house.

I needed to add a ridge vent to my roof as I didn't have enough venting. Lawrence came over quickly, gave me a quote and estimate for something else he saw. The ridge vent was done by him personally and so far has held up to all the seasons. When I needed my chimney tuck pointed I called back and Lawrence did the job himself again. He also took down an old unused antenna after confirming it was OK and hauled it away without me needing to ask. Excellent work and service!

August 25, 2023. I am updating my review and removing the original glowing 5star review I had originally left.Does my house look great? Yes it does! Did I like the workers? Yes . BUT....Siding on the back of house looked buckled, I had to call 2x to have them fix it.Then.. I call after discovering my gutters were failing, water was coming in behind them. Outreach to Lawrence x 2, he was not responsive, questioning if my gutters were clogged... HELLO you just put them up and it's summer! I had to call the main office and file a complaint. Lawrence came back out and did resolved the gutter issue.Third and biggest issue...I had asked for them to move my porch lantern to a new location. Lawrence had said they would do anything I wanted as long as it wasn't wrong. Well it was wrong!! My light did not work, I had to call an electrician, discovered what they did it was NOT code and was a fire hazard. I called Lawrence to ask to pull off the soffet so my electrician could access the openings to fix this problem, which they did. I was told I could call when the electrician was finished and they would stop out to put the soffet back on. The light needed to be put back into an original location, causing the openings in soffet to not line up. When I contacted Lawrence to let them know the electric job was complete and I needed one small piece of soffit when could they come by (now open holes, I was told I had to pay them $50!!!Price Rite charged me $13,600 install only(I had obtained my siding myself)$350- Cost of electrician$50- Price Rite wants to charge me to cover their mistake?!!!How does my porch roof look? This is what I'm left with after spending 14kHELL NO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lawrence was absolutely awesome. He talked us through the process was quick to answer any questions and had our roof replaced (1st point of contact to finished job) under 3 weeks. The Roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. 5 Stars all the way for Lawrence and his crew they did an excellent job. We just had a few siding repairs completed today from Price Rite Roofing and Siding. Our existing siding had some areas of damage. The existing siding is over 10 years old and the siding match they did was spectacular. You cannot even tell panels we’re replaced at all. Tim and Josh were on time, extremely courteous and cleaned up like they were never here. I would highly recommend Price Rite and Josh and Tim for their hard work and outstanding customer service! We had some shingles ripped off, and other areas damaged with a recent storm that came through. I called Price Rite Roofing and Siding, and was put in contact with Lawrence. He was able to get out to the property very quickly, and provide me an accurate assessment and quote for the work that needed to be done. Pricerite did an excellent job with my roof repairs. Professional, courteous, on time, no down payment, great price, no games! Lawrence came on a Sunday to do the repairs. Showed pictures, explained everything he did, even found other damage that needed repairs by doing a full overview of the roof. Even as other roofers would tell you a roof is needed after 20 years, he stated I still have a good five years on my roof. Honesty and integrity is what you look for in a contractor. We needed improved flashing around the masonry chimney that goes up from a wood burning fireplace in the central part of the home. I was afraid that the job would be "too small" to be of interest to any roofing company since business has been crazy busy during the pandemic with everybody wanting new roofs and siding. But our job wasn't treated as too small, and it was just as important as any other job. Response time for an initial look was just *one business day* (we are in Brunswick) and the job was completed a short time later, sooner than expected. Who gets a job done SOONER than expected these days? But it wasn't rushed or shoddy workmanship either. I believe in keeping dollars local and supporting local business owners whenever possible. This definitely pays off. I cannot recommend more highly. You will get good work completed on time or sooner.

After the heavy rain in October we called several roofing companies to try to determine the cause. The roof was about 20 years old, but they all agreed, the roof was just coming to the end of it's life and any repairs wouldn't guarantee the leak would stop. So after comparing estimates, we decided to go with Price Rite for the following reasons: They gave the most thorough explanation of work to do, they left the most information about the Atlas products they would use, along with the lifetime materials warranty Price Rite offered a 20 year workmanship warranty, and their estimate seemed in line with other companies.Throughout the process we worked with Lawrence, he prepared the estimate and served as the project manager. He was knowledgeable, friendly ,answered alot of questions from me (I had plenty never having had a roof installed before), and he even unclogged a down spout for us.We were able to have the roof installed within 3 weeks of our initial call as this was important to us with winter approaching. The roof looks great, I'll assume there won't be any leaks, but I'll have to wait for rain and snow to know for sure.The only opportunity for improvement I can suggest is the final sweep for nails. They did a pretty good job cleaning up debris, but I was able to find quite a few nails, screws and staples after the crew left, especially in my driveway. Lawrence did sweep my yard again for nails the next morning and found some more during his final check.That being said, I expected to find some nails, etc, I just fout a few more than I had hoped. All together, assuming no roof issues develop, I found Price Rite to be friendly, responsive, and seem to use quality materials for a fair price.Service: Roof installation
