Do not do business with this company. Tom’s sales pitch is good, his job follow through is horrible. Inexperienced, unprofessional, will not return calls, sublets the job even though he says he doesn’t, no follow through on promises and has an elitist attitude….doesn’t understand the concept of good customer service. Nightmare roofing job, damage my gutters and landscaping lights, hasn’t follow though on promise to fix. I asked for and he agreed to do scalloped flashing and I got amateurish 24” flimsy brown aluminum, straight flashing off a roll that looks like the homeowner did on a weekend with a hangover. Asked for a California Cut valley and got a weaved valley instead. Was extorted to pay the balance of the job with promises to fix everything. Once he was paid, he became elusive and ignored my calls, text and emails. Been waiting for delivery of the roof warranty for almost 5 weeks now.

Signed a contract with Tom to do the roof. We paid him and then he became elusive and was not answering nor returning our messages or phone calls. He just vanished! My father did not appreciate being ignored so he canceled the contract.

One of my customers told be about Right Now. They did a complete roof tear off and replacement. Before I hired them, I had 10 estimates on pricing. All above 10,000. We live in ParmaTom did the roof replacement for under 5,000 plus he tossed in gutter guards. They replaced all my flashing and done the job right. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He's prompt and the work was outstanding. He has a team that comes out. They had a dumpster and cleaned up great. Right Now saved us over 5,000. It started with a great sales person (David) that came out for some wind damage on my roof. They worked with my insurance company and was able to get most off the roof covered and was able to get me a whole new roof!Showed up when they said they would, had a great crew, the Job was done great and cleaned up before they left!Great guys! Thanks for the help and my new roof!

Got a quote from a very enthusiastic salesman, paid half upfront, it has since been a year and they have yet to do any work. I have called/emailed/text several times. I have reported them to BBB, and Ohio Attorney General Office, neither have been able to contact them. This company is a bunch of thieves.Service: Roof repair

Got entire roof done just over 3 years ago.... back of house has leak now and no one will respond to my texts or calls... Messaged on facebook to shows they have been seen yet still no reply? Out of warrenty so trying to find a solution that isnt overly expensive... considering the roof is still considered "New/Near New" paying premium rates because of insurance claim + cost of roof and now have to potentially put more work and money into this... and no customer service WHAT-SO-EVER.i get accidents happen... no one is perfect. Idk whether to be more annoyed that i have been getting ignored since May.... or the fact my "New Roof" is leaking... 😡😡😡😡***Update. have since gotten a response they said they could come look but not sure it will be free so i had another company come to assess and tons of workmanship errors were found not bad materials including areas of uncovered roof as well as tiles not going up high enough on the transition/pitch of roof... as well as likely wood under rotted and likely 3,000$ to repair!!!!! since informing Right Now Constuction of this they have taken zero accountibility and yet to repond or offer to fix anything... talking to other customers they have came back and fixed for free... but i expect over the next few years for there to be lots of these reports!

Made an appointment over the phone. They were a no call/no show. Called and left a msg, still not given the courtesy of a return call. Understand life happens, but a quick call back would have been nice. Look elsewhere.
