Smart Choice made the process of getting new windows easy and stress free. Ahmad came to our home and thoroughly explained the various windows they offered and what he thought would best suit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and provided samples of what the windows looked like and how they operated. After giving us the estimate (which beat all the major company competitors) we decided to go with Smart Choice. They just finished installing the new windows and we couldn’t be happier. The installation crew (Aaron, Jessica, and Josh) were very polite, professional, and kept our house clean. They answered every question we had about the new windows and gave us a detailed tutorial about maintenance, care, and use of our new windows. Overall we would highly recommend Smart Choice. We were super excited to have 27 windows replaced in our home. During a bid for siding the guy asked us who we were going to use. We gave him the names of the company's. He stated that they were good choices but, he had some windows replaced by Smart Choice and said we wouldn't be disappointed. I must say. He was absolutely correct. 25 of the 27 windows have been installed. The 2 that haven't been replaced yet are special order garden windows (we knew they would require more time to be built) Smart Choice sent out Aaron and his crew. The work done and the efficiency in how it was done was completely amazing. The team was like watching an assembly line but for replacing windows. It blew my mind that they had all 25 windows installed in 1 day. Came back for a 2nd day to caulk and trim out the windows. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again, you guys knocked it out of the park. Can't wait for the two garden windows to come in.

Absolutely incredible customer service and a wonderful installation team! First off, I called several different companies for quotes but Smart Choice was the first company were I didn’t have to push a bunch of prompts to speak to customer service. They came out two days later for a quote and weren’t pushy. Ahmad laid out the facts and we were able to make the decision to get all new windows for the house without feeling pushed towards it. The quote was fair and the financial options they provide are great! We were originally told our windows would be coming in mid March early April, however they came in and were installed only a month after we ordered them. The crew who installed our windows were so knowledgeable and friendly, they made the day fun and did a fantastic job installing and made the windows look beautiful inside and out!

The entire process from sales through installation was top notch! Smart Choice does not do high pressure sales and their pricing is way more reasonable that any of the companies that advertise. You should not be pressured into buying windows by any company. My sales contact answered my questions, provided education and a written quote. Smart Choice provides information about the windows and their process up front. My install team was very personable, answered my questions about removing the windows and how they did the installation, plus they did an excellent job and paid attention to details. My sales rep was there to properly introduce the team in the morning and to further explain. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend. PLUS they are a local small business right here in Strongsville!

We completed a siding project with Smart Choice and had a really positive experience.Estimate: Bob came out to do an estimate and one of the first things he told me was that we "had great gutters!" on the house. He could have tried to sell me $3k of gutters I didn't need but I appreciated his honesty and sticking to what we needed. He had his quote ready in under 10 minutes and hung around to answer our questions with no pressure to make any decisions that day.Price: The price was on the lower end of my expected range for a large siding project like we had, and I appreciate that Smart Choice uses high quality siding products from Alside. We didn't get nickel and dimed for any extras, special colors or add-ons and there were no surprises.Work: Gito led the crew here working for 6 days...these guys are meticulous and take pride in their work. Gito gave us some fantastic ideas about modernizing the exterior of our home and brought them to life along with the new siding. The crew even did new exterior lights, shutters, flag holder, mailbox etc.These guys are pros and I would have to agree with Bob who told us that Gito is "the most talented siding guy in Cleveland!" We were really impressed with their hard work on some hot summer days.Finished Product: Looks great! We had put off siding for so long, but if we had known how easy Smart Choice would make the process we would have done it sooner. You see a lot of the 'little things' they do add up and you understand why they have a great reputation for quality work.I need some basement glass block windows and will be happy to use Smart Choice again for that soon. This is a top notch company that has installed windows for me at two different homes. The workers are reliable, very skilled, enjoy their work and put in extra effort to make sure that you are satisfied. The house is so much warmer and quieter! We chose the highest efficiency windows. Gutters and guards installed! They took care of my eyesore old gutters, and house is looking better than it has in awhile. You wouldn't think it makes a difference but sagging gutters just were bumming me out. Installed in one day, measured and cut onsite, so no back and forth with a possible missed measurement. Ahmad, Scott, and crew were easy to work with. Those I met in person, and Mark in the office, seem like they take pride in what they are doing.

Hello Everyone- Smart Choice Windows and more - did a fantastic job on my glass block windows - I had a vandalism that occurred to my property Feb-14,2024 - and I contracted the Co for estimate and everything went smooth they came out measured 2 cut once and installed the glass window all 4 and cleaned up . Todd the window guy was nice efficient and professional - Herminio was great in putting g all this together and accommodating in fast pace to get the burden resolved for me - highly recommend and appreciate it 5 star review - thank you - and if any one has window. Needs give Snart Choice Windows and more a call .

Smart Choice Windows and More just finished our roof, gutters, siding and previously did our windows a few years back. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out. Smart Choice just finished a project for us where they installed 2 new windows into an existing wall. They did an amazing job! The idea of cutting a hole into our house was a bit nerve-wrecking but they are skilled professionals and made us feel comfortable the entire time. They placed protective covering over every inch of the room and left the place spotless. We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to using them again in the future!Thanks so much!

We are very happy with our new front door and the service we received from Smart Choice.  From the sale/estimate to the installation, I was very impressed with the customer service and craftsmanship.   Excellent service from this team.  Highly recommend this company.Sale/estimate  -  We worked with Herminio in sales to design our new front door, he understood we wanted to keep the original interior woodwork and was very helpful with matching the interior stain  of the new door to the original woodwork.  After we purchased the door he continued to return our calls to answer questions. This doesn't always happen after you sign or purchase.  A few days after the installation we noticed two small holes on the interior frame of the door called Herminio he came out - the holes where from the packaging the door was in for shipping and we should not see them Herminio filled the small holes and had to call ProVia to get the correct color stain for the frame.Installers - Mark and Ron - again excellent service. They worked for 5 hours to put a ProVia New Energy efficient door on a 100 year old home. The craftsmanship was amazing to watch.  These guys are all work, I don't think they took a break the entire time.Cost - We had a total of 3 estimates all about the same price we decided on Smart Choice because of Herminio he didn't pressure us he answered all our questions in a professional manner.This was an expensive investment in our home but worth it...

Update: AJ called and made sure service person will come and fix it. They replaced with new screen door and it works fine and screen doesn't keep popping out.The only thing nice about them is AJ came to explain about windows and doors. We had them install the patio door. Quality is horrible, and the door won't lock properly unless you push hard and then lock. The screen door is poor quality. The screen keeps coming off, and it's a nightmare to call and have them come over to fix it. I have called them for a repair screen door, and even with an appointment, they don't show up. Please be careful and go with professionals and stay away from them.

We had our windows installed this past week and I don't think I will ever not recommend Smart Choice. From the first phone call to the install it was a great experience. We did not feel pressured to make a choice that day and was wonderful with helping us decide on maybe options. When it came to the day of the install the team that showed up was so great!
