Great team, easy to communicate and coordinate with. Very responsive and experienced. Our neighbors had used them not too long ago and we had been impressed that they were in and out in one day to replace the whole roof. Chuck was great about helping us decide what to pick and what to expect. Tyler was great coordinating the actual day and making sure we were updated and happy with the progress and final product. The team was super efficient and cleaned everything up after the job was done, it’s crazy how seamless the process was. We’re super happy with the experience and the final result and the warranty provides even more reassurance.

From the initial consultation, with Kurt, to scheduling with Alex, through completion of the project, led by Tyler, every step was handled with professionalism and expertise. I would challenge anyone to find a more professional company. Doing business with Newman was a pleasure from initial sales engagement to final product. They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it and kept us informed throughout the entire process. ewman roofing was everything that was expected and more. Total honesty, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. I had two bad experiences with other roofing companies, one that didn’t show up to patch 30 some shingles that blew off my roof and there was a big windstorm coming the next day. . I called Chuck Pate at Newman at 4 o’clock and he was at my house in 20 minutes and spent an hour and a half patching over 30 shingles that blew off. They have a set price for an excellent quality shingle with an excellent warranty. The other two companies that I dealt with said they will take whatever the insurance pays, but then I find out that they also order the cheaper shingles for the edging and cut corners wherever they need to. That is not how Newman works. They have top of The line installers and top-of-the-line quality products, and I am so thankful that after everything I went through with the other roofing companies that I found Newman roofing. They contacted me for every aspect of the installation. I knew upfront everything that was going to be done. I was able to ask any questions, no matter what it was. They made sure that I was absolutely satisfied. Thank you Newman Roofing for all of your excellent employees and everything that you did to make my roofing experience an excellent one. We would like to thank the salesman Tyler and his employees for our new shingles!!! A special thanks to the foreman on this job, we have never seen anything so organized. Every single person that came out was respectful and kind. The process from start to finish was about 6-7 hours, truly amazing since they had to replace a piece of rotted plywood. They prepped the house so nice, covered everything up. We love our new look to the roof 😊 Best experience ever!!!!! Thank you!!! PS…we love the yeti cup, need another one for morning coffee

5 star service even 3 years after my roof was replaced!! I had gutter toppers installed by another "business" that refused to correct my issues. I had a full roof deck removal and replacement including new skylight, shingles and ventilation from Newman Roofing. Everyone I encountered in the process from sales to scheduling, project management and the install crew were pleasant and respectful of my family and property. Tyler burton done an excellent job in installing my roof today 5/7/24 very friendly and explained everything that was going to be done. The crew that worked on my roof did an excellent job. Tyler and I did a walk around to show me that all of the work was done my yard was checked for stray nails and all of the paper and everything was clean before they left I do recommend Newman rooting excellent company. Two of my coworkers recommended Newman Roofing for to replace the gutters on my new home. The previous gutters were exceptionally old and leaky, and desperately needed replaced.The representative who visited me, Woody, was very upfront about the services Newman could provide and explained it could take four weeks for materials to arrive. When work began, the workers realized the fascia beneath the gutters was too rotten and weak to install gutters. Woody discussed all the options available to me and was honest about how much fascia replacement would cost, and alternatives. I agreed it was necessary to replace the fascia to prevent the rotten wood from attracting bugs and to prevent water damage to the house. It was super easy to set up financing to cover the increased cost of the project. I was able to do that over the phone in about 10 minutes with help from Alexis at their office. Newman promptly had the fascia replaced and the new gutters installed in no time. There were no further delays at all!I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. The gutters and fascia look great and function SO much better than the old ones. Every worker I interacted with was extremely professional. The roofers were awesome. Started the job early and non stop for 7 hours. Protected the windows, bushes, generator. Laid tarps down in different areas to protect from nails. They were very polite and hard working. They cleaned all the old and new roofing debris around the house. The metal roof turned out great. My experience with Newman Roofing has been top-notch, from the first impression, to the communication, installation, and overall professionalism. My wife and I met with Chuck Pate to get an estimate on a new roof, and also gutters. Chuck was first-class and it seemed like we had known him for years. Thorough communication took place from the estimate to the scheduling of the roof installation. On installation day Dan Davis and his crew showed up at 7:00am and completed before 4:00pm. Dan and the crew did a great job of protecting the property with tarps and netting. He was in constant contact with us throughout the installation, keeping us updated on the progress. Great job Dan and crew! A few days later we had our gutters replaced, but we ran into an issue. Nick Hughes and his team started at 7:00am removing the old gutters. And as we had suspected from the beginning the fascia was in pretty bad shape. The original builder used MDF boards, and didn’t install drip edges, so there was a lot of rotting taking place. The Newman Roofing carpentry crew, led by Palone Castellanos, were on site by noon, and replaced 190 linear feet of fascia by 7:30pm, and did a great job. Nick and his team showed up the next morning at 9:30am and installed the new gutters, wrapping up the project around 1:30pm. Great job Nick and Palone, and your teams! And great job to the entire Newman crew!! I would highly recommend Newman Roofing! And to top it off, Newman Roofing just started a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on their roofing. Newman Roofing is truly a great family-owned company!

Awesome experience from start to finish! Alex came to our home and did a NO pressure inspection and estimate. We signed on the spot! (he was our third estimate) Newman was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we wanted the quality and the reputation. We had to get the wood replaced as well, it was a BIG job and they finished it with all the crew in a DAY! There were a lot of men here on time, and they tore it up! However, they prepped very well and cleaned up great after it was all completed! They kept us informed every step of the way and out new roof with up to code attic venting is now awesome! We had our roof replaced, a ridge vent added and a sun tunnel installed in November of 2023. We got a total of 4 quotes for this project but decided to go with Newman because of the confidence I felt after meeting with their sales representative. The site supervisor that came out on the day of the install was absolutely wonderful to work with and stayed at my house the whole day. He kept us well informed all day about the progress being made, patiently answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy from start to finish. The person who installed the actual sun tunnel was amazing to work with too. He ran into a few problems during the installation process but he never let them affect his attitude, his professionalism, or the quality of his work.Approximately a week after the roof was complete it rained and we realized that the diverters on the house bump out were not put back after the roof was complete. I contacted Newman and my concerns were forwarded to a customer service representative who was pleasant and professional to deal with and got someone out within a few days to fix the issue.In a world where good customer service is almost nonexistent at most companies/businesses, it shines brightly at Newman.Our roof is not only beautiful to look at but I have full confidence it will hold up for years to come, and if an issue occurs that Newman will stand behind its work. I also absolutely LOVE the sun tunnel and the light it brings into a once dark stairwell, best money ever spent!I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs, you will not be disappointed.

The entire experience with Newman was great, I highly recommend using them! I had two other bids, one was high pressure, the other was nice but didn't respond as quickly. However I feel like Newman was a great experience. Very nice literature. No pressure sales and gave me three price options before they left. The installation crew came in at 730 like an army, they worked a full day leaving around 5. They left our home cleaner then they received it.

We couldn’t be happier with our new Newman roof. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and having Tyler - our Project Manager, on site for the duration of the project was an incredible benefit. The crew took considerable care of our property and was respectful of our neighbors properties as well. The installation started promptly ant 7:00am (daylight savings install) and was completed by 4:00pm the same day - and it is a pretty good sized roof. The finished product looks great and is big upgrade. Our gutters are being replaced today and Nick and crew are doing a great job, and they are being just as careful.
