Very quick estimate, Terry was phenomenal and ZERO pushy "sales" pitches. Merv, the OWNER yes, on site working right along side with the rest of his crew. Very nice crew. Will never call another roofing company. BEAUTIFUL ROOF, excellent price! Wanted to add, we had numerous estimates and calls, storm-chasers galore and Twin Creek Roofing was by far the most honest, reasonable price.

Westerville, Ohio I had hail damage on a 18 yo asphalt roof. I looked at three companies and choose Twincreek Roofing based on an honest approach. I meet with Terry and Merv and they came in with an equitable bid on the job. They had an all Amish crew and showed up at 06:30 and were working by 6:45. Their team did a great job on prep and tear off and trapped all my flowerbeds. I do a lot of my own building projects and I was quite impressed with there meticulous work. I had 44 squares of material and a small outbuilding. They were done cleaning up by 11:45. What an outstanding outfit. They cleaned everything like they were not even there. I would Highly recommend this group when you need a new roof. Pleased as Punch!

Don’t hesitate to hire this company. I had wind damage from back in March and from the time it happened the experience with Twin Creek was great. They came out to tarp the damage until the insurance was able to inspect and a verdict was reached, came out when the adjuster came, and worked with me and the insurance to get me a favorable outcome of getting a full roof replacement.My roof was just installed today and the good experience continued. The roof looks amazing and there isn’t any mess left in the yard. They also did all the work, removal and reinstall, in half a day! You can’t complain about anything they do. Merv the owner is great to work with. If you need a roof I would call them immediately.

I received a quote back in August and then a few other quotes from other roofing companies for a full replacement. Then in December decided to contact Twincreek Roofing to ask if they would be willing to install before the end of the year. They honored their original quote and were able to install the next week. They started at 7:00 am and were done in 4 hours. They did a great job cleaning up and my family loves the new roof. Amazing service. Everything was quick and easy. I respect the professionalism of Terry and Merv and others on their team. They communicated throughout the process were able to provide the service so quickly.

Called them for an estimate on siding & roof repair from storm damage. They were very responsive and worked with our insurance company to to get us a new roof & fixed our siding to match perfectly! They kept us informed when the shingles were running late from the manufacturer. They worked efficiently and got our old roof torn off & new roof put on in 1 day! They cleaned up all the nails & scraps from the yard which was really nice to not have to worry about any mess being left. 2 other companies came out to give us estimates. Merv came out and patched our roof (no charge) gave us an estimate and helped us deal with insurance. Great communication throughout the long process. On install day Merv and crew were great. Removed and installed our roof in 1/2 a day. Everything was very detailed and professional right down to cleanup.

Twin Creek Roofing is by far the best roofing company we have worked with! When it comes to hiring roofing professionals, we most strongly recommend hiring them before anyone else! We had a pretty extensive repair very visible on the front of our house that Merv and his team corrected. Not only did they arrive on time to perform the repair work along with clean up, but they were able to complete the repair work to where you cannot even see where the shingles, roof sheeting, etc. were replaced! We were concerned with it being on the front of our house (Shingles were 18 years old!), but Merv reassured us and true to his word...it looks amazing! Merv and his team worked directly with my insurance company to get my roof replacement paid for by insurance (less the deductible of course). The crew showed up on time and incredibly tore off and replaced my entire roof in less than 3 hours!
