Our entire process was smooth from start to finish. Glenn came through and gave us honest estimates and was very flexible about what could and could not be done based on our remodeling desires. Then when his crew came to install new shower walls and a new tub, they kept us informed and finished in a timely manner, not mention to person at home depot who helped us pick out our options was phenomenal! Then when we got new counter tops they finished 2 hours ahead of schedule! I'm glad we chose them. They did such a great job!!! After our normal go-to handyman flaked on us way too many times we started looking for someone else. Glenn came out 24 hours after I called him to quote the job. Immediately we could tell he was knowledgeable about what we needed done. He was able to fit us into the schedule within a week and I was over the moon with excitement. Chris and Charles came out and they did a FABULOUS job. They explained everything, were flexible, accommodating, friendly and self-sufficient. I've never had such a pleasant home improvement project. The work was A+++ quality and I'm so glad we got it done!! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Just … Wow! The whole team at A+ was so professional! Glenn was very clear in his estimate, Rusty and Charles were here every day communicating clearly and doing excellent work, and Nate kept it all organized at the office. These guys are top-notch! I hired A+ to renovate my gravel driveway. Nick's quote was competitive, and the quality of work was outstanding. My driveway has never looked better. I am very pleased with this project, and would definitely recommend A+ for this type of job.Edit: Nick and his crew did another great job for me last fall. This was a demolition and site prep job. Nick's quote was several thousand dollars lower than two competitors, he got the job done fast, and was meticulous about leaving the property in good condition. A+ also sent me a nice gift basket for Christmas. Still a happy customer!

Because Google will not allow me to leave 2 reviews under the same account, I'm updating a review I left 2 months earlier under the name "Adrianne Ivey". Despite my previous dealing with A+ Building Maintenance & Home Repair referenced in my earlier review, I continued with my OTR-microwave installation. I didn't want one employee to deter me from using this company, especially when the other employee I spoke to previously over the phone was more than pleasant. When scheduling my installation date, I spoke to Wes over the phone who told me one of their most experienced employees would be installing my microwave. My installer, Chris, did not disappoint. He waited at Lowe's for 45 minutes while the store attempted to track down my microwave, still showed up earlier than his ETA, was very courteous, worked fast and efficiently, and did fantastic work. Chris also kept a really clean workspace, and left my kitchen so clean you would have never known I had work done that day. His work completely changed my opinion about this company. I would use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone. I was so impressed with Chris's work I would request him personally for my next home repair.

I was called and offered a special rate for returning customers on gutter cleaning. After waiting several weeks for my appointment, they decided my pretty normal sized two story house was "too big" but they would still do it at a price that was more than I've ever paid for gutter cleaning here. Totally fraudulent bait & switch. After one previous good experience, I will not being using nor can I recommend any of the A Plus businesses to anyone. AVOID, Toledo!

I used them through my 2-10 home warranty and they called me promptly and got me on the schedule. They also put me on the "on the fly" list. This meant if the repair man needed another job or their was a cancellation they would call you and if you could be home in 20 minutes they would come and make the repair. They ended up calling me on the same day that we talked and they were there right on time and he had my repair done in a half an hour! They were professional and easy to work with.

I had an emergency plumbing issue, water was leaking from my bathroom through my basement ceiling. I called A+ and they were extremely polite and helpful on the phone and did everything they could to fit me in that same day and had someone there 3 hours after calling. They fixed the problem quickly and explained everything they did and were extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend A+ to anyone who needs work done.

This company was given to me by my home warrantee company for plumbing work that I was insured for. They called me right away to schedule the work. I was off all next week and was available at any time. They told me they could come out right now but were booked all next week. They don't come out after 3:30 or on weekends either. So if you have a regular job, it is basically impossible to hire this company. I have no idea how good the quality of their work is, but they shouldn't be listed as a possible company for home warrantee if they are so inflexible and impossible to schedule. I have never worked with a company so impossible to have them come out.

I had some siding damage after a recent wind storm. Contacted this company and 2 days later Charles came out and repaired the damage. He also cleaned up some other minor issues around the outside of my home. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future home repairs.

Ordered an OTR microwave at Lowe's & this company called ME to schedule my installation. A woman by the name of Melissa left me a voicemail. When I called back, I spoke to a nice man who unfortunately failed to put me in their system for the time we had scheduled. The day of scheduling, no one obviously showed up during the 3-hour window scheduled so I called and spoke with Melissa. Melissa couldn't find me in the schedule and told me she'd call me back. Melissa failed to call back so when I called again and asked that my assessment fee be waived for the next scheduled time, she told me it was not their fault because she couldn't find me in her system. Melissa was unwilling to accept responsibility for the company's actions, accused me of calling the wrong place, and couldn't even accommodate my schedule after THEIR mistake. She was horrible to deal with over the phone and even recommended I use another company. Terrible customer service on her part!

I call them for a estimate, to finish work that another contractor did not finish. A guy from the company call me later that day and stated they can not do the job because another contractor started it. I said the job I want done have not been touched by anyone. He said ma’am we're just not interested.. I’ve never in all my life heard of a company turning down a job. I ask him for a statement stating why the company can’t do the job, he said NO.I really shocked & confused about this.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job on my father's property. It looks like a million bucks! I was surprised to see that they went beyond what was in the original work order. They made sure they cleaned the entire yard of leaves and debris after trimming bushes down. At first I thought it seemed pricey but after seeing what they did, totally worth it!!! Thanks again for exceeding my expectations!

Took off half a day of work for them to not show up and say they thought I canceled. How can you trust someone to work on your house that can't trust to show up for an estimate. Much better options out there, beware!

Everything I have heard about this company is great but no flexibility with estimate times. Monday-Friday 9-1 only. Makes it tough for people who work day jobs. Unfortunately I'll have to keep shopping for someone else.Granted, the company cannot control anyone's schedule except for their own which is why such a low star. Zero flexibility equals low rating from the start. I was treated fine when I called but having someone tell me to call back if I have a day off (basically to accommodate the businesses schedule) does not scream more than a one star rating. Lucky for this company that they have enough business they can be so choosey with a acquiring more and my one star rating shouldnt be a concern if my business is not.

We called to see if A-Plus could come out & give us a quote, they said no problem got it all scheduled, had to wait several days as they were too busy. Finally it came down to the day & they wanted to charge us to give estimate on something that would have taken less than 30 minutes. They wanted to write a quote and not look at our issue, very disappointed caused us a ton of frustration.
