We moved into our new build home at the end of August and notice issues with a few of our windows soon after. It’s been three months and multiple technician visits with days off work to hear the same response, “We still need to order parts”. The lack of communication between the company is really frustrating and we still have yet to have resolution.

My daughter and son in law purchased a new home in the Canterbury in Perrysburg and Beacon installed the windows. They have contacted them since August with multiple issues. All issues still not resolved despite multiple attempts. Would not recommend this company.

Customer service is horrible. We have been trying to get supplies ordered and repairs made for windows since early September. We have had two different technicians come to our home without proper materials to make necessary repairs. Staff here are unresponsive.

Their delivery truck was very large and had aBoom for lifting shingles to the top of my house.After they left I noticed several new cracks in my driveway. As per their request, I had quotes sent to a manager and he implied it would be taken care of. 5 months later it's not.*** As per your request... I emailed you a week ago. NO response.

I made a delivery to these folks, and they blessed me with sandwiches, shrimp platter, cookies, and a bunch of other goodies, and drinks!!! 😎 Very nice people!!!

Terrible customer service. I was talking to the man at the desk and he was helping the guy behind me with a return very rude. Also the biggest problem they delivered 30 bundles of shingles of the 79 ordered. Now, who can complete a roof with less than half of the shingles. No communication from the company . You have to initiate everything even when they are in the wrong. We will never work with this company again.
