Hi, I am Eva Ferencz, Support Manager at Blue Line Roofing. First if George( Roofing Estimator/Project manager ) was disrespectful toward you. Let me apologize for him and state that I have been working for him for over 20 years and have never had one complaint. Originally when you called and asked for an estimate you stated that you were the owner of the house. While George was out measuring the roof, the neighbor arrived and asked what we were doing. When he stated that the owner Earl Smith wanted an estimate, we were informed you are not the owner.We only work directly with the homeowners: if you would have given us this information first, we would not have had any problems.Thank you,

I'm a local contractor. I called for a few services, was ran around several times. Disrespected and eventually hung up on. Would not recommend doing any business with this company.
