Make you you check online for parts first. They just tried charging me 50 bucks for rusted thin brackets that I had to drill off when they are new only 10 bucks online. Make sure they don’t over charge you!!! Just wasted my time and 1.00 hunting for ones not all rusted out and drilling them out. Just make sure you check online before you go in and ask them the price. Don’t do what I did and waste time to be tried to be ripped off..

It was a positive expertise with a phone call with nice lady from Cherry Picked Auto Parts. Everything was arranged and functional with all directions on same day on time. They sent Billy a professional and kind person to picked up my car, things were completed in short time. Excellent service !

New owners suck. Went to purchase a rear glass for an escape. The escape has an electronic latch so you need power to it to remove it and you can't get it off without power to it and I explain this that I dont want this part you just can't get it off without power and they want to charge you for the latch should have just broke it off in the yard I suggest shopping elsewhere unless you want to pay for unwanted parts

Barely have cars over 2012, all old cars. Toledo needs new junk yard. Lkq was much better with new inventory. I currently go to Michigan pull a part of cherry pick I am from toledo. Not to mention have to time you can get part already pulled same price. Need to buy auction cars to resale or something inventory is way out dated. Just searched pull a part Michigan x10000 better

Picked up my son's old truck yesterday, they gave me a great price for it. The tow truck driver was great knowledgeable and very courteous. Will definitely use them again.

The employees were great friendly and helpful. However, your guys website is inaccurate and made me waste time, money, and gas. Matched my car with a 15" wheel to 2 cars there that both had 16" wheels (and were aluminum contradicting my search for a 15" steel rim) kinda annoying and only rating 1 star In hopes you guys fix this and maybe hire someone to categorize the parts better on the website ( or just remove this option since it isnt accurate) . Aside from this issue, I have never had a problem here and recommend it to anybody.

Great experience! Billy, the tow driver, was actually running a little early and called to see if I would be available a little sooner. As it turns out, I was, so he came over like he said he would. The whole transaction was quick, easy, and totally painless. Billy was quick, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to get rid of a junk car.

The people we spoke with on the phone were very nice and helpful. The pick up time was quick and they didn't as a million questions. Billy recently pick up our van and was on time and efficient. Don’t recommend going here anymore the greater so to say complained to my girlfriend that she wasn’t aloud to wear crocs which are closed toe shoes and then when I went to buy her shoes says I couldn’t enter the yard because it closed at 4:30 when online it CLEARLY says 5:00

We had a great experience with Cherry Picked Auto Parts. I filled out the online form to pick up my vehicle and someone called that same day. Great customer service. We arranged for pickup the following day. Billy the driver called and said he was running ahead of schedule. Amazing! He came and inspected the car, gave us a check, and was gone in 15 minutes. Billy was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. Highly recommended.

Everything went so incredibly smooth with selling my car! I felt like I barely had to do anything except for show up for the tow. Simple instructions were given at the start, any questions I had were answered immediately, and I went from scheduled to picked up in maybe 6 hours, if that. Everyone was wonderful to work with, from the phone service (I'm awful with names, Selena or Helena?) and Billy at pickup. Thank you all so much for making this stress free. I would highly recommend ^.^

This yard is the most organized one I have ever been to. Not only can they tell you what row, but depending on the part you want, which cars to look at, color of the inside and outside. Fabulous! They had a great selection of parts I was looking for as well as the engine I needed. However, the new management seem like misers. They literally want to charge me three separate things on a steering column I pulled and wanted me to strip the engine bare. I don't see how that is beneficial for them when no one is going to buy a water pump left behind and a throttle body from an engine that they didn't pull off themselves.

This place has really the best prices you’ll find anywhere. And I have yet to need a part for my vehicles that I wasn’t able to locate there. The ladies behind the counter are great.. the yard boss guy is kind of generally in a bad mood. But hey, you need car parts? This place is it.

Ok I went there on a long shot to find parts for my van that was hit by a deer just recently and all I can say is it was worth the hour and half drive. Not only did they have everything I was looking for but the pricing was great! The staff was awesome and very helpful. Admission is $1 just to look around and see what they have. It is a pick it yourself place. That's fine by me because it gave me the chance to see what all they had. I ended up leaving with parts needed for three of my cars. You can call on pricing ahead of time or to see if they have what you need. They have a very big selection and always getting new stuff. Will definitely be coming here first.

The yard seems to always have huge puddles around the cars I'm looking for and the prices have really gone up! They are also just adding the so called "warranty" on to the price, tell them you don't want it an save some $$ if its nothing expensive.

I just had my old Saturn picked up and taken to Cherry Picked. I feel I got paid a fair price for a car sitting in the driveway. The person on the phone gave me clear instructions on what was needed to sell my car. Also, the driver named Billy, who picked up my car was helpful and friendly during the pick-up process. I received the check for selling my car as soon as Billy arrived.

Horrible customer service, bad parts. Make sure the parts work before you leave. Because they don't give cash back, they do store credit and aint no way. You can spend $400 on store credit.

It's changed alot in the last few years since I was there in 2015. I actually like how it's set up. Everything is easily accessible stand was very courteous. I will be returning again in the near future and I will refer people to come check this place out as well.
