I just need to fill and paint new interior trim pieces. Something I like doing and was not part of their contract.

Dot hire take advantage of seniors and vets. They made a total mess of my shower they installed and paint job and sink falling off and more. This is just a little of their work look where the cracks and hole glue all over shower and more. They are no response from sending after sending a certified letter.if they think it over their sadly mistaken

We had window installed by dun right. Shortly after install, we started getting large, brown tanin stained icicles originating from two of the windows. This problem is only present in the winter.We've tried getting dunright to assess and correct the issue, but they've been giving us the runaround for over two years. They blow us off for a few months when we call then, after persistently calling over and over, they send someone out to add a little caulk that fixes nothing. Then they blow you off for a few more months and winters over, problem solved until next year. Rinse and repeat this process year after year.Needless to say, dealing with dunright has not been a pleasant experience. Would not recommend if you want a company that stands behind their work.

Do not hire this company! The worst siding job I’ve ever seen! I’m a carpenter and I’ve done siding for about 15 years so know what I’m talking about. I work a lot of hours so we hired Dunright to do our siding. It keeps falling off. They put the siding on in the wrong direction. The J channel looks like a child did it. Of course Dunright got there final draw and now we are a low priority. They keep sending out the same inexperienced crew to fix it when it falls off the house. They’ve e been back to fix it several times. We’ve been made to feel like we are annoying them when we call about the siding falling off the house. It takes them forever to send someone back to fix it. When they first started the job they removed the down spouts from the gutters and when it rained our basement flooded. As I’ve said I’ve done siding for years and my crews always reconnect the downspouts for this very reason. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 16 windows and a sliding patio door.The installers, J & J, were exceptional! They were very professional, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Every day they cleaned the areas of all debris. The finish on the outside of the windows look as nice as the inside! The team here is great. Very professional from start to finish. This is the second time we have used them for window replacement. When we moved into our home 9 years ago we had them replace windows upstairs. Our home is 146 years old so nothing is square and plum.This year we had them replace several windows downstairs and a entrance door. From start to finish they make you feel like family. The installation crew was extremely polite with my wife and children.If I had known at the time that we had storm damage done in November 2020 that they did insurance work also. I would have not gone with the contractor company that was recommended from my insurance company. I would have called Bill and his crew at Dunright.They would have been doing our roof and siding replacement also.Great company! Great people! And awesome work done. We had a fairly large project. We needed 17 windows replaced and an 8 ft sliding door. We had several quotes and Dunright was the best value! The salesman was very professional and worked with us. The installers did a great job. The demo of our old windows was very complicated, but that did not prevent them from getting our windows installed in the timeframe they had originally gave us. The owner stopped out mid project to make sure everything was up to our standards. They were early everyday, very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. I had them put my storm doors in. The product we bought has broken down. The Warrenty we had got voided because they went out of business. We called bill and he said that he will replace them. I was very happy that he cared enough about us as customers and the great customer service I have grown to love about Dunrite. This was a year ago, and he has been promising the doors all this time. He has answered my calls but has given an excuse every time I called, he has not done the work he has promised. I believe that he never intended to get these doors replaced. I am angry that he has lied to me all this time. I can not trust him.Service: General door installation

We needed an attic window installed and possibly garage windows as well. We've always heard good things about Dunright so I decided to make them my first call. I spoke with a representative and we set up a time and date for him to give an estimate. The day of the appointment no one arrived so I called to confirm. The rep answered to say that he had gotten held up with another client, was running behind and would be heading our way soon. An hour passed and I called again to reschedule since it was late but my call went to a voice mailbox that hadn't been set up. It's been well over a week and have heard nothing so we've moved on to another company.

We had Dunright install 13 windows in our house. The team was very nice about me having to re-schedule my installation due to weather. My windows and outside flashing were installed in 2 days. The windows are great quality and the installation is top notch. What a difference! The new windows make my whole house looks better from the inside and outside. Best price I could find too! I would highly recommend contacting Dunright for your next project/renovation.

Had an appoint for 2/20 at 1:00 pm. The gal made the appt said they'd be here at 1:00 pm and they would call if they would be late. Apparently they all lost their phones. Cuz it is 1:45 pm and no one called, no one showed. Good thing I didn't have someone take off the entire day to wait, they would have wasted an entire days wage for nothing. All that was waste was a little over a lunch hour for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company. They don't call and say running late or just don't come. So I will call elsewhere to get my windows done! K100 said to call them, K100 should watch who they endorse on the radio cuz after this I don't put faith in K100 either.This company doesn't even deserve a star. I even told them in the online request to not call between certain hours and clearly they didn't see that in the instructions either. Good thing I didn't choose these people, they probably wouldnt have done the job right either!!! Don't go to these people. they can't follow simple directions!

Our limited experience with this company was bizarre. A representative came out and spent over two hours with my husband going over a laundry list of items that we needed done. He took zero notes as well as measurements. He spent a lot of time expressing "how well he was doing" and stories about his boat - as if we were long time friends. He told my husband that he would write up a quote, not sure how since there weren't any measurements, and get it to us in a few days. That was weeks ago. I can't speak for the quality of work since we didn't get that far. Honestly, if they weren't interested in our business, then it would have been more professional to tell us.

Didn't use hardly anyfoam insulation on my doors and windows. Most of them are very drafty now I know why. Very very disappointed now I have a house full of uninsulated windwos.

2 stars isn't out of frustration it is out of the fact the appt had to be rescheduled twice because your staff didn't accurately check when he was available. When he did arrive he was unsure if they could do the job but said that he would contact me the following Monday. Still to this day approx. 6 weeks later I still haven't been contacted about it. And definitely not professional or courteous So yeah 2 stars.

Great price, incredibly good workmanship, especially outside metal trim and caulking. I have three larger windows I was concerned about, but the heavy duty vinyl makes the big windows just as solid as the smaller ones. I am very satisfied and happy with the end result.

Workmanship is terrible, customer service is horrible and prices are outrageous. I had them do a quote which was 3x higher than the other 3 companies I asked; furthermore, they did work for my aunt that was unacceptable. This ultimately made my decision easy. They installed a broken window for her with the promise to correct the situation later. Their method of correcting it was to not make it convenient for her but to have her do the work. When first trying to get the problem resolved her phone calls were not responded to and finally upon talking to someone they became very nasty. That's ok though, I sent her to the company that I use to install windows and their workmanship has been amazing!

Honestly is something I find very important and I refuse to conduct business with anyone that lies to me just to get the job. I have been investing in real estate for while now and few months ago I just had way to many projects going on that I needed to reach out to contractors in order to get things done in a timely matter. I know how to install windows myself....it's extremely easy to do. I just had way to much on my plate. Someone told me to call Dunright and have them do windows for two projects I had going on. Steve came out and gave me a price and told me it would be between 4 and 6 weeks to get it done. Well I though the price was stupid high but I need help getting things done in a timely matter. Well that 4-6 weeks turned out to be over 12 weeks. They flat out lied to me in order to get the job. Stay away from them!
