The two sales agents were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job answering my many questions. I really liked seeing the actual construction materials which would be installed on my roof. One thing they did, which none of the other roofer estimate workers did, was inspect the roof from the attic. This really gave me a good idea of what I was dealing with in regards to the state of the original 25 year old three tab asphalt shingle roof. After a long unpleasant drawn-out process of back and forth emails and texts, and once the contract was signed, I called to schedule the install. Materials were delivered the day before and the crew showed up at about 7am the next day and got right to work. They all were friendly and worked almost non-stop until the roof was installed, which took one day. The supervisor readily answered my questions and was friendly. Could the clean-up have been better, yes. But in the end, the roof looks great and the architectural shingles make my brick home look like new again. I do believe that I got a high quality roof which should last the 30 years for which it is guaranteed.

I could not be happier! From the initial home visit and sign up to the post construction follow up and review. Communication throughout was timely, available and effective. Supplies were delivered in a timely fashion with nothing missing. The construction crew was outstanding! Very thorough, well organized and efficient. They obviously were well trained and experienced. The site was thoroughly cleaned when the job was finished as well!

Very good quality product. Had sixteen guys on my 3100 sq. ft. roof, did a through tare off and new drip edge all around. Everybody worked hard and were contentious of shrubs , etc. They did a excellent job on the clean up when finished. I'm very satisfied with how it was done and was completed in five hours. I highly recommend Erie Home roofing.

Erie installed some gutters for us to help solve a water issue we are having in our basement. While we weren't really comfortable with their "you have 3 days to decide if you want to work with us, otherwise the price will increase" approach, we were able to get other quotes and decided to stay with Erie.Before install, someone came out to measure the house for the gutters. We thought that was weird considering a sales guy was out here you'd think he would have known how mant linear feet we would need before quoting. So in hindsight, I wish we got more quotes.The installers worked quickly and were polite, but left small shards of metal around our yard that my 2 year old seems to be finding most often. They also missed a downspout extension and it took a few days to get them back out to finish (kept saying they'd come the next day, then never show, with no text/call.)After the project was completed, I received a call asking "how my roof install went," and I had to correct them, letting them know I didn't get a roof, I got gutters. They then asked me to give them a review. When I didn't review within 24 hours of that call, I started receiving daily texts about how they still didn't see my review. Well, here it is.Erie got the job done, but there were a few hiccups that could have gone smoother. But love and learn, if the water stays out of our basement, we're happy.

The representative that came out was very informative and helpful which helped us make an informed decision. He answered many of our questions and was very professional and personable as well. He spent considerable time showing us and educating us on the quality of the materials this company uses and that had a big impact on our decision to choose this company. He took the time to explain step by step the repairs that we needed and how our roof would go through a total rebuild. The next step was the installation manager coming out, and he did his inspection of the roof to be sure enough material would be on site for the work that would be done. The installation team was prompt, professional, and thorough. I was amazed and impressed at how they stuck to the task. Our house needed a LOT of work, a total roof deck replacement!! They installed venting, the Atlantic blue shingles, and cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. If you want quality, you want Erie Home. In general our experience with Erie roofing was very good. However I wish they would have waited until a better weather day. The workers did a good job and finished after dark. the next day we had to call and ask them to come back and finish cleaning up. They sent out a crew and did a nice job.

Great work crew. Application of product done well. Love the warranty and ability to 'pass it along' to whomever my home is sold to in the future. Color of product (shingle) a bit different than what I had originally seen (more 'patterned' than I had originally seen). Recommend customers have clear understanding of selected product and color (need to go outside to look at shingle in daylight before making selection). Would recommend Erie Roofing to anyone.

I hired Erie Home to replace my roof. I chose them for the 30 year warranty on labor & materials, the turnaround time it would take to complete the project (in my case, it was 1 day), the extensive crew that was assigned to my project (install manager, project manager, Foreman and the crew itself), and the responsiveness of everyone I interacted with. Thomas, our Salesperson, was very thorough in answering my questions and I appreciated that he didn't pressure us to go with the highest cost materials (their metal roof). Eli, the Foreman, also very friendly and answered my questions promptly. I would hire Erie Home again for other projects.

I have had interest in a metal roof for many years. I made an inquiry to Erie and received a rapid response. A very professional sales person came by and shared with me the intricacies of the product they sell. I believe I received a reasonable price for the high quality product I purchased. Installation day was equally pleasing as a productive crew showed up and got to work leaving an impeccable roofing product and pristine work area behind. Five Star Rating for the members of the work crew who installed my new roof and who were efficient, very capable, and courteous. The Senior Install Manager fully answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Cleanup was excellent too!I chose Erie Home's fiberglass roofing option because of the materials, appearance, warranty and durability. At this point just a week after completion, I am very satisfied with the project; moreover, I would like to enter another review in 5 years to update my evaluation and give more educated comments about my experiences with the roof and hopefully my future review will earn the fifth star which I am not yet qualified by experience to give.I will caution all future Erie Home customers to be aware that they will be "hounded" repeatedly to deliver immediate reviews and no excuses for delay will be allowed, ie: work, obligations, family, etc. It is referred to as a contractual agreement and it is the customer's inferred duty to supply these reviews within the first few days of roof completion. Daily and sometimes hourly reminders are sent by phone, email, and text.

We were interested in a roof, but then realized they did windows too. The salesman was nice and we struck a deal so we could get our 1972 era windows replaced before the really cold weather set in. The installers were very courteous, did not make a mess, and replaced them quickly one by one so we were not open to the elements. I really like the screens and the innovative way they stay in place. In the first week, our furnace ran 30% less than the week before (with comparable temps). It's so much quieter too. Seem to be easy to open and they lock automatically. They are so clear that my daughter thought the window was open. We really appreciate that they are a little thinner on the side than some other replacement windows. We would certainly recommend them!

The experience during the installation and its coordination with Erie Homes was just great, as Matt said during the deal's closing. The sales process was intuitive, allowing us to select the best combination of the type of roof, timing, and finance with guidance from Matt. Later, during the scheduling, the calls and follow-ups were professional and timely. More importantly, the installation crew was clean, efficient, respectful, and well-organized. The follow-up to set up the account with the bank has been straightforward and timely. Erie Homes needs to be on your shortlist of vendors to consider when the time comes to redo your roof.

Erie Roof replaced my old roof and installed my new roof using fiberglass shingles custom made. They did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaned up when they completed the job. I have already referred some of my friends to Erie Roof. And the best part is there is a 30 year warranty and the warranty is transferable to the new owners if you ever sell your property.

Salesman did what they were told but what they sell you and show you should be what happensRoofers were subcontracted and were not prepared to do our roof slope properly job took extra time due to the unprofessionalism they were just roofers not the same as the face of what we were sold not all the materials used were what was discussed during the agreement just one example in the photos the original salesman gave nothing but excuses on why they could not come by to reassure or see the concerns even though they lived within five minutes of me

We have been satisfied with the experience with Erie Home! Our roof was able to be replaced in December, something we didn't think possible with such weather. The entire process took one day, and although a vent was forgotten during installation, Kevin and Brandon made sure the installers were scheduled to complete the additional vent install within a matter of days. From deciding the roof color with John and Logan, to the aforementioned hiccup and beyond, everyone we interacted with at Erie Home was extremely kind, professional, and willing to help, as well as understanding in our concerns with such a pricey project.

Overall, this has been a good experience. I do feel there was more attention given to get the contract signed and the order placed, than during and after the roof replacing. We are very happy with the result though, the staff was very friendly and courteous. For anyone thinking of replacing their roof, we highly recommend Erie. A word of caution: don't forget to retrieve and or protect your items in the attic - it can get super messy - we had forgotten...

They Replaced my garage roof and it looks great!They also had to replace some of the wood and install vents. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves nicely. The only issue I had was that they were done by 2 pm, but the dumpster wasn't removed till the next day and it was blocking the driveway.

Erie Construction was top notch!Everyone I interacted with was polite, responsive and patient with my new homeowner-esq questions. The team was able to fit me into their schedule quickly and completed the work efficiently.I'm no roofing expert, but the product quality, process Erie Construction uses and price create a very enticing and satisfying value proposition.My only follow-up and recommendation is to be sure to follow through on commitments such as sharing images taken, for documentation purposes.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We just had our roof installed in Dec 2021. At first, I was pleased with the speed of the installation. But, because of that we have had nothing but headaches. We have had shingles blow off, lifting and unfinished work on our roof. We tried several times to resolve this and are getting nowhere. In April, we had Riley the installation supervisor come out and he made a long list of issues and told us someone would be here the following week. We have not seen or heard from anyone since. I’ve called and text multiple times and nobody gets back with us. Our next step is contacting the BBB and obtaining a lawyer. For the money we spent on our roof, you should be ashamed at your service you provide.Service: Roof installation

They did a really good job on the roof. The best part was the after clean up. They did their initial clean up with snow on the ground. When snow melted they came out a second time to make sure it was all cleaned. Very impressed with Erie Homes.

I had a great experience with Erie from start to finish. The guys are great in sales, and the roofers that came out did a great job on the roof and left everything nice and neat when they left. The materials used are the exact materials I was shown when deciding on what I wanted. While their pricing is a little higher than some, I felt it was fair because of the quality of the materials I was getting and the quality of work I was expecting. They did not disappoint and I would highly recommend going with them, and paying the little extra for the quality and a good warranty. The shingles are excellent quality, thicker than the ones I saw browsing at Lowes. If you want a roof that's good and done right, Erie is a good company to go with. I was very happy with the communication and the ease of which the project all came together. I will be contacting them to do more work in the future.

I always thought that the re-roofing process would be full of hidden fees, "cost of labor" reevaluation, scope of work renegotiatiation when they found something "concerning", and constant schedule changes.Unlike the normal New York construction worker.None of that happened at all and I was not only surprised, but happy to go through the experience. Not a single part of the process was exaggerated to make a quick sale, and I was more than happy to pay above what a stereotypical contractor would have offered. I didn't think it would be done until the summer time. This took like 3 weeks, not even that.Good stuff, will use you guys in the future to get a metal roof. Not a fake or paid review, I don't leave reviews on Amazon for anything.

The sales team did and excellent job of presenting the advantages of the Erie Home products. They went over what we would be getting so there were no surprises. The crew showed up when promised and completed the project in one day, returning for part of an additional day to make sure that the property was cleaned up of nails and debris.We are happy with the way the new roof looks and are relieved that we won’t have to worry about any leaks for a long time.

We selected Erie Home to install our replacement roof because they make their own quality custom-made fiberglass shingles and offer other upgraded features that other roofing companies do not, such a s a premium synthetic underlayment that is totally waterproof and a 30-year warranty. The warranty is transferable to the new owners if you ever sell your property. The job was completed timely, looks great, and the clean-up was good too. Our roof was replaced in January on a day with high winds and quite cold, which I would not have thought possible, and complete in one day with a crew of about six or so guys. Check Erie Homes out.
