Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details.Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract.Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving.Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work.

From the start of just getting a estimate Anthony and Brandon were amazing. I was very hurt to find all the damage that had been done and they comforted me in my time of need while being professional assuring me that everything would be okay. The crew that came out was very professional helpful and did a good job and walked me through it as they did so. Glad that I chose them to do my waterproofing job it looks good we've had quite a few downpours since they completed and I haven't found one drop of water. That makes me a completely satisfied customer when it's time to put the roof on my home I will be using them as well thank you so much guys

Needed maintenance for my basement as water settlement was causing the walls to cave in. The Erie Home reps provided a detailed inspection of their findings and explained their processes that was easy for my family to understand. Week of the maintenance, the guys were very professional and welcoming. They arrived early, maintained open communication of the processes, and were very quick getting it done in 3 days. I'm very satisfied with the outcome for my foundation, my basement looks a whole lot better.

Erie home completed our waterproof basement on 2/3/24. From the beginning to end nothing but great reviews with Erie Home. Brandon was so professional and respectful. Work started 2 weeks early due to other cancellations. All the employees were super nice and respectful. It’s been 3 months and no water problems since. Would definitely recommend Erie Home

The water proofing was started quickly. The guys that did the installation were courteous, friendly and did a great job. With the recent wet weather, the crawl space has remained dry. This has definitely added value to our home

I have had a good experience from start to finish. The salesmen to the installers were completely professional. Every step on the way I was informed of what they were doing and what the next step would be. When I first seen the basement floor broke up I thought oh my this will never be clean. But it was no mess was left in the basement or outside the house. The workers were all there to answer any questions and explain what was going on. I’m very please with how my basement looks. Only concerns I have is the back up battery for the stump pump on top on the pump. I wish I had a booklet for the pump and the air system so I could read about them and know how they run. I wouldn’t hesitate in giving them four stars.

Erie Home Basement Solutions is an awesome Company! They recently waterproofed our 3,500 square foot basement and added two sump pumps and two air units. We are extremely pleased with the end result.The entire staff beginning with the sales consultant and continuing with the site preparation team and the installation team have been phenomenal. All were punctual, friendly, and very professional. It was obvious that they were very knowledgeable and competent. Throughout the week we were advised of status and what to expect. In addition they continuously kept the work sites and entrances to our home clean.In closing we definitely recommend this Company and would hire them again

Overall, a really good experience. Having our crawl space encapsulated was expensive but worth it for us. They installed an air handler and dual sump pumps as well. I only had two criticisms. First, they did not include or anticipate access to electrical. While they were half way through the install they came out of the crawl space and said "You'll need to get an electrician to come and install two 110 outlets before any of this will work." This was the first mention of this. We scrambled to get someone to come out and they quoted $1600 to install the outlets. This should have been caught/discussed when the quote was done. When I complained they apologized but made no reparation. A $12K installation should include something that basic. The only other issue was that we now have two sump pumps and an air handler and no documentation for any of that equipment or instruction on how to maintain it. Again, happy with the final product. They were on time, cleaned up fairly well and worked hard to finish the job promptly.

My experience wasn’t perfect with the company and that’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 5 stars. First, when I agreed to hire the company I was told all cracks would be filled, which they wasn’t. I had multiple cracks in my walls including a crack in my floor from the water pressure underneath. Instead of filling cracks properly they just covered them with the white sheet like covering they put on the walls and did nothing to the floor cracks. It wasn’t until I hired a contractor to finish my basement I was told they didn’t fill anything and should’ve. 2nd, they used my egress window to remove all the debris, leaving debris in my well causing water to fill inside. During the rain storm water poured into my home because of it. 3rd they broke my brand new bathroom vanity and ruined my grass leaving their material on my yard for days. They also installed the air purifier which can’t be relocated once installed because they drill a hole in the foundation of the house, in a room with no outlets. I wish they would’ve asked me where I wanted it installed considering I didn’t know installation required a hole being drilled in my home. Then without my permission used my expensive extension cord to plug it up in the next room ruining it because it was jammed underneath the door. It wasn’t until the supervisor tried plugging it in and almost electrocuted his self when I realized their team ruined my extension cord. They could’ve at least apologized for everything they broke. I voiced my concerns to the supervisor who was really nice and cared about the reputation of the company. He immediately came out to investigate later sending his team out to fill the cracks and cleaned out the well. I guess my expectations were high considering the price of this job. They also offer previous customers 20% off future jobs they offer but I refused.

I have an excellent overall opinion of Erie Home Basement Solutions out of Toledo, Ohio. They have exceeded my expectations and made genuine effort in making sure I was completely aware of the processes by consulting with me on changes and issues that arrised enabling us to make the best decisions during the install process. The sales team and the work crews were all hardworking and professional at every step. In my comparison, Erie offered the most complete basement solution and I give 5 of 5 stars for their work.

I retract my first review because the more I think about it and go and look at the basement.. at the amount of $$ financed for this project they completed.... the more I should've went with my first choice company even though it was a higher monthly payment to do the work.. yeah it's waterproofed, but it just is not what I expected at all ... and now it's more money down the drain I have to figure out how to even get to fix what they demolished. Although i thought it was okay at first, and i thought $200 would fix the issue, considering this has taken up my whole budget to pay for now (because i HAD to get it done), and the crew that actually did the work, was amazing,...the prep crew was horrible and in retrospect I feel they straight just took advantage of me being an uneducated first time young homebuyer. And thought throwing $200 my way would make me happy. But hey, they "did their job" and waterproofed it right ?I just feel I should've went with the other option, even though they matched their price,. and paid a little more monthly and maybe I wouldn't be stressing and regretting so hard.

I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the project. The communication lacked a lot when it came to when the project would be done & answering any questions I had, which was slightly frustrating at times. Overall, the crawl space is much more functional, smells so much better, and looks so much better.

Erie Home Basement did an amazing job. I had leaks in my basement in multiple areas. After competition of the job , I had my doubts at first, but after the first two or three rainfalls I was convinced. My basement is bone dry. I would highly recommend Erie Home Basement.
