I had a confrontation with one of their service men at a Shell gas station in South Elgin. I’m driving a F450 with a 20 foot trailer behind it. I was parked at the first pump only because three of the diesel pumps do not work properly at this gas station, which I’m quite aware of, I have reported it to the attendance numerous times, and they basically blame it on Shell.This service guy tried to back into my truck intentionally. Since I was blocking the pathway that he was in capable of figuring out how to use a different pump he decided that he was going to disrupt my driving ability of leaving.It got slightly heat it up, he started taking all kinds of pictures of my truck and my trailer. He was using profanity and did flip me off. I started the conversation immediately saying “really you’re gonna block me from leaving”.I did get out and take several pictures of his truck and called his shop to report his conduct in real time as this was happening. The receptionist took my information down, and I explain the circumstances to her that her driver was extremely rude and unprofessional, . in real time as this was happening. They were recommended by our insurance company. What a mistake. We signed a contract with them at the first meeting and haven’t seen the same person twice. We have been wait for them to replace our storm damaged siding since July. It is now November. We gave them a check for half the job cost and can’t get them to return our calls. We are older adults and on a fixed income. Don’t ever call or use this company. We are spreading the word to our military veterans and other seniors. Still waiting for that siding Amanda, Ryan and Mike. If I could I would give them a negative -10.

The worst company in the world, our roof has been missing since June 13th, wrote them a check Aug 13th and they have changed things 100 times, haven’t been working on anything, shows up around 10 or so then sit in their trucks for hours and barely work! Then show up when my MIL is alone and asks for more money! They definitely take advantage of people! Shingles are coming off after 2 daysServices: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Roof repair

The personnel at First Priority went above and beyond to ensure all our water problems were addressed. They showed up late. Worked for 2 days and asked for the check. My husband questioned them about the other things that needed done and they left. Two weeks later a supervisor came out and asked what else needed done. Tried to say that it wasn't in the estimate. He then adjusted the eaves trough and left with our screen. He had our screen for 3 months. We got a notice from our insurance company that the check was about to expire, so we cashed it. One day later he called and said he has our screen and he would like to drop it off. They then proceeded to threaten us with a lien if we dont pay in ten days. I know this wasn't a large payoff job for them, but they could have been more professional.
