I am an elderly single woman I was needing a roof, and other things done in my home I set out to refi my home. I received many estimates one from this company. I decided to take this company because the price was good and the guy told me he was new to start up his company and just getting started in town on his own. So, I chose him as to support the local little guy. His girlfriend Mandi Blatt ** who left the only other review here** wrote the estimate out on paper and Chuck gave it to me because they had no stationery yet they said. Then the girlfriend shows up on my steps a week later with new phone numbers for them because their phone supposedly didn't work downtown where the business is and they live, and that's why they didn't get back to me she said. And the following 2 months I contacted them many times. They either don't call back or they have a million excuses from sick kids, to Saturday surgery on a kid, daycare problems, stuck in traffic, she can't use the phone cuz she says it's a felony to use while driving, stuck in the parking garage the day of the eclipse and couldn't call, another day car wouldn't start. All of these reasons not to return phone calls or answer messages.I missed my bank deadline two times because these people were messing around and didn't care when, or if they got estimates to me, or directly send to my bank. So when they kept telling me my AOL email address would not go through on their computer, and why they could not copy it at home and bring it to me. Their fax machine broke, their copy machine ran out of a certain kind of ink they couldn't buy replacement for, and have to buy a whole new fax machine. so we will just go to the library and print it and come to your house and drop it off... NEVER SHOWED UP OR LEFT A MESSAGE OR EVEN CALLED SINCE..Just excuse after excuse 😔... I'm sure the excuse for this will be he's been on a roof. That was her excuse often as well, or his for not returning calls EVEN DAYS LATER or messages. But... for the past week it has been very windy in Toledo and raining so I'm sure he's not opening roofs or working on roofs in the wind and rain!!!This company has zero communication skills and only cares about being paid today and a job today. They held my loan up for 2 months and are not to be trusted with their words. Him as well as the girlfriend Mandi Blatt!!!I have messages to backup everything in this report. Which I also be sending a written one to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Toledo.... You just can't do this to people!!! And I told you I was going to do this and you still left me hanging.
