During the beginning of Covid, I reached out to Holt Roofing for a small roofing repair. Not only did they promptly come out as promised for the estimate and repair, they did a great job at a very fair price! In December, 2023 I decided that 2024 would be an ideal time for a new roof, so without hesitation , Holt Roofing was my one and only call! Their Office Manager, Rachael , scheduled an Estimate with Tyler to get the process started. Tyler was great, he offered some great insight on what products would be ideal for our new roof and downspouts. As I can be very particular, I never felt put-off by the numerous questions and requests that I had for Rachael and Tyler, their customer service is amazing! Fast forward to 2-26-24, with break in the weather, Jay and his entire crew had my roof torn-off, and the new roof completely installed by the end of the day! They took amazing care of protecting our home and landscaping. From a very picky home owner, Holt Roofing does a a great job from start to finish, make them your first call for any roofing job! We met with several roofing companies and Holt had by far the best prices. They offered us 3 different options from which to choose. Zack was really helpful and the crew was done in 2 or 3 days. After they were done they cleaned up immaculately. Zack came out to review our warranty and make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Our condo association worked directly with Tyler Holt for roofing that we had done last year. He came out and gave us an estimate of cost along with an idea of timing for the installation. He was right on with his estimate. What I liked about working with Tyler was he gives you the details so you know what to expect, it so nice to work with such a honest and helpful person. We also had a courtyard that needed new eaves and downspouts. He gave us the estimate and the timing that would be involved in ordering and installing. Once again everything went well with the job. I have also worked with the office personnel and there are three great ladies in the office – I get awesome service from them. If I needed an answer on something from Tyler – they get it for me. Overall, Holt Roofing is a well-run operation from my experiences with the company. Keep up the great work!!

Our engineering office has used this company several times for leaks in different areas of our older rubber roof. They respond quickly. Then they wait to invoice so you have time to see if the repair worked and offer to come back out if it did not. I have never needed them to come back out as the repairs have always worked the first time around. They also send a very detailed invoice with photos showing before and after of the areas that were repaired. I will continue to use them for our roofing needs and they will be the first ones we call when we need the roof replaced.

I’d recommend Holt! We’ve had them do two roofs for us. One commercial and one residential. The commercial project went flawless. Had a few concerns with the residential project, but they worked with me to make sure everything was addressed and that I was satisfied.They stand behind their name and reputation for sure! I had the pleasure of working with one of the owners, Beth, and she’s a great partner to work with. She really went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied!

We had (3) roofs replaced by Holt over the past 20 years. One at my business, one at my home, both of these approx. 20 years ago. Both have stood up very well, and when any minor service issues have arisen, they were taken care of very promptly.The third roof we did was on my dad's house just recently. The lead time was minimal, and they completed the job BEFORE the estimated date. The quality of work was excellent, and the price they charged was the lowest of several estimates. Would highly recommend.

We had our roof replaced a few months ago and I delayed my review to see if time would change my opinion, it hasn't. Holt did an absolutely wonderful job. Tyler was great to work with and answered every question. We did have a minor hiccup, but everything was quickly tended to with no issue. The people doing the work were polite and worked quickly. The clean up was top notch and after running my own magnet for stray nails, I only picked a few stragglers.We needed a lot of work done to our roof, the price reflected that of course, but every roof is different. The breakdown of costs was easy to understand and we were talked through every stage. Every covid precaution was taken along the way. I would 100% recommend Holt to anyone looking for roof work.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

Tyler Holt came out and inspected our roof. He said the one we had was good for another 2 years in his estimation. It was refreshing to see that kind of honesty. We went ahead and had the roof done since we had thefunds put aside and our old roof looked really bad. The crew showed upon the day scheduled as did the dumpster. The crew started working and came back and finished the next day. The following day the gutter installers showed up and made all new gutters for the house. We are extremely happy with the job they did. The roof looks great, the gutters are working again and they cleaned up the yard and even raked the dirt patches to make it look good. Would definitely recommend Holt Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof or new gutters put on. Great people and a great job! Thanks Tyler!

Holt was 3rd company we had come out to the house to look at our roof as we where having some leeks but not during every rain. The first 2 companies recommended a full replacement due to the moss on the roof. But booth companies said there was no significant damage to the shingles. Then Holt came out said the same thing as far as the moss was causing the leeks but the shingles have many years left and a replacement or repair is not needed at this time. He then recommended getting the roof cleaned by a company he recommended two, we ended going with team H2O spray. I appreciate the honesty and guidance. This is going to save us thousands of dollars right now and allow us some years to prepare for a roof replacement. Holt has earned our respect and future business!!!!

I signed a contract with this company over a year ago to get my garage roof replaced. Every time I called them to see when they think they'd be out, Zach would give me some excuse and say it'll just be a couple of weeks, aaaaand now it's been over a year and still nothing. They did, just before winter, come out and put a tarp over the roof, which stopped the roof from leaking but the tarp didn't go over the rear of the garage so it poured water down the inside of the rear wall, which is now in need of repair as well.I will be going with someone else for my roof repairs, as these guys clearly kept chasing more lucrative work instead of doing the work they'd already agreed to do. There's absolutely no way they'd still be in business if all of their customers had to wait over a year to get any work done.Service: Roof damage repair

Tyler was excellent in detailing out the repair estimate for our roof so we understood what needed to be done. He was also great with communicating about scheduling for a good weather day. The guys who did the work were pleasant and detailed also. Really good to work with a company that is straight forward and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

The work seems good. When they did the work they covered my camera so I couldn't see how many boards they actually used.the work took a very long time. started off with a full crew the first day and after that it I think it was 2 guys the rest of the time. The price was high and I think I was over charged on boards replaced. Like I said they covered the camera (every day) so who really knows. Two skylights were installed incorrectly and flanges were not properly installed and sealed. This caused moisture to get into the house, damaging drywall and necessitating a repair and paint job. If that isn’t enough, holt is charging us $450 to repair EACH skylight after Zach admitted to my wife that the job was botched from the beginning. Disgraceful.Service: Skylight installation

Had Holt replace our roof, gutters and gutter guards. The did an excellent job. Extremely professional. Arrived on time, did what they promised. Shingles are of good quality. Gutters are well done and love the grater gutter guards. Recommend holt roofing.

Embarking on a quest for a new roof can be overwhelming. It's expensive and it seems like everyone knows a guy that can toss on some shingles for some beer and pizza. Holt Roofing proved that their estimate was backed by superior workmanship and materials. When they were done, I never expected to be excited at how much better my house looked. I had neighbors note the improvement and, in fact, a family member of mine hired them too. Overall, a fantastic job and I will continue to recommend them.

A Holt Roofing truck cut right in front of me on Sylvania using no signal and then it did the same thing to another driver. Company divers should be more professional. The truck would have hit me if I was going faster.

The salesperson is rude. He also provides quotes that keep increasing in price. I asked for a responder discount and he told me with the discount the price would be even higher. My last quote was only 5 mos old yet he quoted an additional 500$. I have never seen a business who wont work with you. Unbelieveable. Will never recommend or use this company. He also had the audacity to say another increase was coming May 1st and I should lock in the price. So how many times does a price increase occur? Obviously, they must have tons of business.
