The worst company I have dealt with. Ordered the correct item I wanted. 6 days later, wrong part delivered. Requested replacement sent overnight. They sent the SAME WRONG part 6 days later. They acknowledged they screwed up both times. Asked for the 3rd time to send what I ordered overnight. It arrived 2 days later. It held up a $4000 project for 2 and a half weeks and my customer thought I was an idiot because of this companies incompetence. NEVER use this company!!!

Not great shipping. It was shipped by freight and therefore took considerably longer than expected. Although this was the shipping companies fault. The shipper (MBS) should take some responsibility in choosing that freight carrier. My order was over a week delayed from the expected delivery date and when I reached out to MBS they said contact the shipping company. I said "I did" and they never responded and were no further help.

I come here a lot, sometimes multiple times a day, everyone inside are great, Hunter, Desmond, Kyle, Nicole, Don, Doug,Bob and Ted, all super helpful and super cool, Rick and Chris are also great. I recommend them to anyone doing home improvement projects.

I would under no circumstance recommend you do any business with this seller. I was not at all impressed with these cheap shutters. They were a little flimsy for my taste and I decided I wanted a different product. I returned the item, brand new in unused condition, in its original box, in less than 30 days after it was shipped to me. I paid for the return shipping as the seller didn't offer free returns. The seller charged a 20% "restocking fee" despite the fact I followed all of their return instructions and promptly returned unused merchandise. I fail to see why this was warranted or necessary. I messaged the seller and asked for a full refund but all I was given was a generic answer to read their return policy. No where on the item description page does it say this seller does not offer full refunds. Buyer beware - there are plenty of reputable sellers to do business with. Modern Builders Supply is sadly not one of them.

Do NOT order equipment online from these crooks. Ordered a metal brake and it broke a hour after getting it out of the box. They do not honor any type of return policy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place all together.

He has gone above and beyond his duties to make sure we have the best experience with Modern Builders Supply. We received the wrong size product--partly our fault, partly because we received bad info from a former local rep of the brand of product we were purchasing. No fault of MBS--and Chris has done everything in his power to make sure we are taken care of and the exchange is going as smooth and economical as possible. Great to see Modern Builders is hiring top notch quality humans to work for them. Ones that care! Our transaction is not even completed, but I can already tell Chris is on it! Order 2 double hung windows with Kyle waited 4 to 6 weeks to receive order just to realize kyle order a slide window..couldn’t return and also was asked 2 cough out more $$$ to fix the mistake Kyle made…the correct price of windows came to a lil over 300$ but they asking for additional 200$..stay far away from these thieves
