Came to make an estimate to repair a patio that their company installed because a tree fell on it. Told me they would have to replace the whole thing. Fine, insurance will cover it, just send me an estimate. After many phone calls to this company and them assuring me that they would get back to me the next day. Literally months later, they never sent me anything or called me back. I called them every week for a while, and still never got an answer beyond "we're really busy, we'll get you that info tomorrow definitely!" I went with another company who actually values having customers. I recommend everyone else does the same.

Don't waste your time with company. I called end of June 2023 was told they were extremely busy and would call me back. Never got a call back. Called a few weeks later to find out whoever took my information wrote down the wrong number. Lady on phone implied my business was not valued since it was a small repair job, refused to have company come out and do own estimate. Originally estimate by my insurance was inaccurate and did not report all the damage to my roof. Customer service told me to email my claim # so I did. When I called to see if email was received was told they wanted claim and she tried to make me feel stupid even though she was not clear on instructions. Another 10 days have gone by again, no response from this company. Building a house in 3 years, you will not get my business.

I've called 2 times. I have a 10.year warranty on my roof according to Ohio roofing. My roof is 7 years old and leaking into my kitchen. I was first told that they did not have enough repair personnel to address my problem but they would get back to me.I was never called. I called again 3 weeks later and was told Ohio roofing would have to charge me for caulking and materials when they come. It was on a Friday and said the repair person was not working but she would have him call me. 2 weeks later, no return call. I am frustrated and disappointed. Joe Fox was my initial contact in 2015 and he was responsible. He has now since retired. I have an alleged warranty for 10 years. I cannot recommend Ohio Roofing to anyone

I recently had massive hail damage in the recent tornado that touched down in the Point Place area. All the homes in the shoreland side of the Ottowa river seem to have been affected after that event. Having excellent roof work done by Ohio Roofing and siding in 2005, I looked no further for a contractor. John Fox immediately came to my aid on request for a quote. His rates are reasonable and the work is expedient and professional. They are also quick to remedy any potential complaints. After I signed the contract, these guys were the first to service my home as the first one worked on in my neighborhood. A new roof and siding on two sides of my residence were finished in less than a week. I am tickled with the outcome. I urge anyone who needs roofing and siding to contact thdese guys.

We had a cover put over our patio, summer of 22. We had to have them out several times since. Its leaking I have water damage. Have had Jim out and he just keeps telling me how busy they are. I understand being short handed, but I am getting frustrated with the brush off. I should be next or first since you have my money and my patio cover isn't right. Next step, Toledo 11 or my Lawyer.

I have known three generations of the Fox family. We started doing business with them in the 1960s, when aluminum siding was a new thing. Since then we dealt with Fred for windows and roofs and then John Fox. The third generation is as good as the first. I wouldn't use anyone but the Fox family. Thinking about a remodel, and I won't go forward without talking to John Fox. He is the go to guy for remodels. Update: Had a new roof installed in May of 2021. Crew arrived at 7:00AM to prepare. About 8:00 they started the tear off. I went to work and when I came home at 3:00 they were gone, the roof looked beautiful, and everything was cleaned up. A large, experienced crew makes a big difference. My wife appreciated that the noise and disruption was limited to a matter of a few hours. Not days like small crews.

Great roof-great owner-from start to finish Ohio Roofing was excellent. Since we have dealt with his company three times in the past, we didn't even bother to get any other estimates as their work is superlative. We had our sunroom made by them eight years ago, as well as two jobs on our roof over the years. The owner John Fox is very nice, honest and down to earth. The workers came right on time, earlier than the estimated wait we had expected (due to inclement weather finally passing). The roof was a very large project as it also entailed a garage and shed to complete. In two days the job was done! The workers cleaned up so well no no one would believe any work was done at that site. It was notable that a lot of attention to detail was made. We now have a beautiful looking new roof. Ohio Roofing and Siding sets the gold bar for how construction companies should be. Thank you for a wonderful job.

These guys are pros. Over 85 years in business and locally owned. They completely removed and installed new siding on my house in two days! They came with about ten workers, with over 120 years of experience, and did a fantastic job. Jim Rose even picked out a special order color of siding that was PERFECT for my house. Thank you Ohio Roofing & Siding! You will have my family's and friend's future business. I highly recommend this company if you want quality workmanship, efficiency at a fair price. These guys are the best.

They just replaced the entire roof on my home. From start to finish, everyone was fast, fair, professional, friendly, & a real pleasure to do business with. Job was completed on time, and 3 different people came out after that to inspect the work, double & triple check for nails in the grass, and to make sure I was happy. I recommend this company to everyone.

I have been working with Jim Fox from Ohio Roofing, trying to resolve a leaky roof. He has promised to fix my roof for the last 6 months and has not followed through on any of his promises. The ceiling of my mother's house is a danger to her and others that come to the home. This is all due to a 10 year old roof that was guaranteed to last 30 years! No one should count Jim Fox or others at Ohio roofing to follow through or do good work. I am replacing the roof with my own money because Ohio roofing refuses to honor their commitments and responsibilities.

My boyfriend and I are looking to replace siding on our whole house and went to the showroom on a Friday to look around, as is suggested to do on their website. Not only did they not show us around they acted very uninterested in helping us but a man took down our information to come out and check out our home the next day at 10am. The guy showed up 45mins late with out a phone call just to tell us what we want isn't something they do - even though we went over it and showed him pictures of the house now and what we want done to it yesterday. SO unprofessional and frustrating.
