After several months of working with us as we wrestled with choosing between new construction and remodeling an old house, Chris took on the task of getting our new construction project started as winter rapidly approached.Getting the plans and permits finalized and the foundation set in time to allow work to progress through the winter, he and the work crews he uses got us up and enclosed remarkably quickly. While no one could have foreseen the impact of the virus on our construction schedule, he Jacob and the work crews made the extra trips and effort to insure we ended up with a high quality and beautiful product.While this was our first “new construction” build, we are pleased and impressed with the overall fit and finish of our new home. We feel like the extra time and feedback Chris spent helping us develop a floorplan that fit our budget and our needs paid off well with a structure that feels wonderful to live in. It was very nice not to be treated like part of a production line process, and to end up with a high quality house that feels like home to us.

For two full years, we were looking for an extensive remodel of our entire home. Words cannot express how thankful we were on connecting with Premier Builders!!!! From our first in home consultation with Chris and throughout the entire 90 day process, all aspects were met with high regard. First of all, the work performed was of the highest quality and perfection. (Remind you that the entire 2300ft ranch home was taken to studs and gutted) to create our dream property. Chris and Jacob were able to make this a reality. Second, contractual prep was well thought out on both sides and Premier clearly displayed ownership in delivering a high quality product from start to finish that made sense financially.Jacob kept myself informed throughout the entire process, ideas and or any issues that came about (little issues at best) as planning prior by Chris was extremely well thought out and organized. All parties were on the same page for the entirety and communication was excellent!Rating Premier a 5 star does not do them justice, they were able to make everything we wanted come full circle and most of all, being done smoothly, honestly and with the highest quality!! Highly recommended for all your remodeling and new build needs.Thank you Chris and Jacob for a wonderful experience.

Best remodeling experience we've ever had - very professional, started on the day promised, responded to questions/texts on the same day, completed everything perfectly and cleaned up everything. I recently added a in law suite onto my daughters home. After 3 quotes from various companies my selection was to go with Premier Builders. This was a difficult decision for me to make since I lived in my previous residence for 49 years. Chris from Premier was very thorough when going over how plans would develope over the building process. Jacob who oversaw the actual construction was wonderful to work with. With all other projects he was working on he always responded to my texts or phones calls with questions immediately.He always kept me updated with their progress and also let me know if their were problems and how they would be resolved. I could not be happier with my in law suite. JACOB and CHRIS have made my decision a positive life changing process. Thank you Premier for doing such a wonderful high quality job. Bought cottage in Michigan and needed an almost complete overhaul. Premier Builders took on the job and completed it and exceeded our expectations! It is no longer a cottage, but a beautiful home that we can use year around. They installed new roof, kitchen cabinets, flooring, new paint throughout the house, vanities and it looks absolutely beautiful. Would not hesitate to call again for any job!

Sent in an online request for an estimate with the amount intended on spending. They gave me a call and set up a time to meet at the house to write up an estimate. Fifteen minutes before we were supposed to meet the contractor called me and stated that the job wouldn't be worth either of our time to even write up. Told me they were only taking jobs that paid in excess of 20k. I'm fine with prioritizing business, but they knew what my budget was well ahead of time. They didn't have to come out at all. They cost me hours of work planning my day around this meeting and weren't professional enough to reach out to me until the time had arrived and when he did he assumed he was doing me a courtesy. If I had 50k I wouldn't chose these guys to do my renovation.In response to response.I did in fact plan to use this quote for renovation, but that was never asked on the phone call from the contractor. The value was brought up in the conversation with him specifically stating they were busy and only considering jobs between 20-50k. I would not call a professional and waste anyone's time by having them come out and do a pseudo inspection and that insinuation shows you what to expect.

The craftsmanship was excellent, the trades people were friendly and thorough. We are thrilled with our new addition, and we are planning to hire them to do more work on our house in the future.

Great work from start to finish. Setting up an appointment to look at our old roof that needed replacing was easy and friendly. Once they started the work it was finished quickly and professionally. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again for all future projects!

We heard so many stories from people who said that building a house can be a nightmare. However, we did not have any real problems and the process was very smooth. It was helpful to go through their speck homes for ideas of what we wanted and didn't want. The quality of the home is excellent and we are so happy. It was the best decision that we ever made!

5 star all the way, if there was 10 stars I'd give 11, very happy with Premier Builders. They are very competent and great at what they do, I feel that I can trust them with my project and the key to success is communication, and this is a strong quality with Premier Builders. They are very good with text communications, emails, quick response to phone calls, that's if they don't answer every call the minute the phone rings, if there was a heaven as it relates to construction, the closet you can get on earth is with Premier Builders, as you can tell I am a very very happy customer and strongly recommend this conpany.

Very impressed with construction and design. Being an engineer I am very picky with construction and final finishes. We had a pretty lengthy list and someone was out the next day making sure everything was to my standards. Communication is excellent! Always answered calls and texts or returned calls very quickly.

If you desire to have your neighbors woken up every morning at 6am to the sounds of heavy equipment or a concrete saw hire Premier Builders. When asked if he planned to follow the local noise ordenances, Chris responded with "if you are going to be a Dick about it". And yet still most mornings by 6:15am the guys have gotten started. Just like most days they are done between 2-3 pm rain or sunshine.We also asked Chris about why he ran the new construction sump exhaust onto our land. He sees no problems with running the exhaust right up to the property line which is aprox 8 feet from my driveway. Since they did the new construction technique of building up the dirt mound, the exhaust is above my driveway. Come early thaw I am going to get flooding and freezing from this setup. While Chris does not see this as a problem, the County seems to be on our side.So if you want to hire a company that is going to disrespect your neighbors both through work hours and construction practices hire Premier Builders.

Gave Chris two stars for at least showing up. Looked at our kitchen for a remodel, gave minimal input to our ideas then said it will take him a week to get an estimate together. Two weeks goes by, no word. Email sent to owner asking about estimate, no reply. That was 1 month ago. Now owner in response below is saying he called us and we didn't return his call . That is a lie as we have cell phones/voicemail and eagerly awaited a response every day after the appointment. That never happened, no missed calls from said number or voicemails left.

Unprofessional one of the worst experiences I've ever hade. We had a flood in our finished basement. It was a total loss. These guys were paid upfront and the rest is history. I am willing if you message me to literally give anyone who wants a tour of our basement to show what they did and tell you how they got away with it. They are the very type of business you are always warned about. I can prove what I say is true I wouldn't have them build a bird house. I like birds to much. You've been warned

Horrible company. Delayed work for weeks. Shoddy work, messed up shingles and repaired with caulking! Tried to contact to see if they would remedy the situation and was told that they "didn't see anything wrong and if it didn't leak yet it's fine". Just horrible integrity.

Very unreliable ask them to come out for estimate on work and never hear from them again, had previously used this company for work and work was not done to satisfaction, owner of company does no follow up with customer to ask if pleased with work.
