Install team aware there was vehicle in garage, did not care enough to take the time to properly cut and remove wood from roof for can vents. Just cut out pieces and let them fall right on to my vehicle causing damage. Wasn't going to post this review because I thought they were taking care of me and the issue, but after 7 months of being pushed off, randomly received my deposit check back for my siding repairs they were also supposed to complete and a note saying sorry we can't help you. Good luck.

I had pro craft come out and do an estimate for a brand new roof. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the roof. Can you get a cheaper roof? ( remember you get what you pay for and since my roof was so important I didn’t want cheap garbage put on my house )I guess you could but you can’t compare to the quality ! The products were top quality the installation, and the installers were very professional not only did they do the job perfectly, but the jobsite was spotless when they left! They showed up on time as scheduled, and in this day and age, you know how different that can be. Needless to say you will not regret going with this company !

We had Procraft out to install new windows on our home. The entire experience was flawless. Dan came out for the estimate and was not pushy at all (I despise pushy salespeople) and really listened to us about what we wanted and offered a lot of great advice to help us get what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Louise in the office was on point keeping us informed with the status of our install and was always pleasant (and funny!) to talk to. Walt did an amazing job on our install, everything looked fantastic and he left the areas he worked cleaner than when he arrived! My husband and I were very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone! We especially enjoyed the energy savings and the fact that our new windows opened with ease! Wish we would have done this a long time ago!

This company is family owned and operated. They really take care of all of their clients. If you're looking to do exterior projects on your own home. These guys treat ya like family and do great work. Been in Toledo since 1953. Owens Platinum Preferred Contractors. You wont be disappointed. With today's economy in the home selling market low it makes more sense to upgrade what you have then try to sell in a poor market!

I was very pleased with the job that they did on my house. My roof was a complete ripoff with some plywood replaced. The whole project was done in one day. The workers were very nice and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof replacement. Thank you ProCraft.

Contacted Pro Craft based on a referral, and we are extremely pleased with the entire process so far. This is regarding an insurance claim from June severe hail storm that involved extensive damage to our roof, gutters,windows, outbuilding, vinyl fencing. Every single person we've been in contact with, starting with the office manager, who was so kind and knowledgeable, she set us up right away with appointment, met the owner/contractor, Mr Ed Rocco. Ed has been the absolute top notch professional from the onset, super nice person that gave us his absolute undivided attention and responded to every single question/concern, including conferencing with our insurance adjuster when we were experiencing some blowback and including us-complete transparency. What a learning experience. Ed knows his stuff, knows how the insurance world rotates, and is a great advocate for the homeowner. He's a beast!!This is an ongoing project, as my roof/fencing has just been completed, and I am so pleased with everything so far. So we are now preparing for new windows and gutters, etc., all through Pro Craft.The roofing crew, led by Walt and consisted of Shamar, Kyle, and Brandon really did such a nice job, this was a 2 layer roof. It looks so nice.(also followed Ed's recommendation on shingle color) matches so nice with our vinyl fence that was just replaced as well.The point I'd like to make, is that particularly in this day and age, old school ways of doing business have really fallen away, and this company provides all the things that are just as important as the quality or pricing - the integrity of a good business that values their customers and treats them great from get go - That pretty much seals the deal. Sometimes it's even more important. If you're rude or don't stand behind what you tell/sell, or don't return calls, or patronize, or say things just to make a sale, well that also seals the deal. Just ask the company before Pro Craft. Team Ed/Pro-Craft all the way!

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish . Met with Corey and decided on our windows and a couple of weeks later installation was scheduled. The crew that did the work was very professional and thorough .They cleaned up the mess and did a really nice job. Daniel took his time to show me every window they installed and ensured satisfaction before he left . A small issue came up and Corey and Walt were very prompt in addressing the issue and assuring me it would fixed in a few weeks when the right part came in . I have a few more windows to replace and I know who I am calling…. highly recommended!

I had a gentleman show up at my door asking if he could give me a free quote on a new roof. I initially told him that I wasn't interested but he was very pushy so I set up an appointment in order to be polite. A short while later I received a voicemail from a woman who worked at the office who stated she needed more details for the appointment. Before I even had a chance to return her call, the same gentleman showed back up at my front door with her on the phone and wanted me to speak with her. I explained to him that I work from home and I was in a meeting at the time and was unable to speak with them. He was once again very pushy but I had to insist that I was unable to speak with him at that time.I called back the next morning to cancel the appointment. The same lady answered the phone (I really wish i would have caught her name!) And she interrupted me as soon as I said that I wasn't interested and was extremely rude and condescending. She said that did not have an appointment for me because I "could not take the time to speak with her" when he showed up at my door yesterday. Keep in mind, I did not call this company. They showed up unannounced and uninvited to my home. I can not believe she had the audacity to speak to me the way that she did. I can't speak for the work of the company however, I can tell you that I would NEVER recommend them based on my experience with her. If she is any indication of how they treat their customers, it is no wonder why they have to go door-to-door to get business.

Summary: Five stars for Ed (the owner or manager), two stars for the care that the crew took while doing the job.Ed was very accommodating and willing to move around the schedule to fit in an extreme circumstance we had, and get the job done in a single day. However, the crew seemed to care very little. I understand accidents (like the broken bushes) are inevitable, and hard to prevent all of the time. But on top of things like the above, there was roof tar splattered all over the garage door, siding of the house, and the ac unit. After I mentioned this to Ed about a week after the job, he sent someone out to take care of it, which resulted in the black splatters turning into permanent dark stains (see attached pictures). Also, at one point when I went to the house during the job, one of the crewman was sitting on the truck smoking marijuana. Very unprofessional to do it in the owner's driveway. The crew needs a better project manager.

Wow wow wow.. unbelievable work!! Now they are going to upgrade my porch and add new skylights. THE ROOF is beautiful.. Great clean up, like they were not even here. NICE JOB.. I would recommend them to everyone!! COREY is an absolute delight, honest, and with us every step of the way.. our go to for all our future needs!!! SEAN , The on site looked at everything, made suggestions, and cared about every inch of the home while they were tearing off, and replacing.. thank you to all and the whole crew. We were supposed to hear back from the company within a month to schedule. We did not receive a call and after 6 weeks contacted the company. At first, we got no response back. Eventually someone called back and stated we would be notified when we could start the project. On a day when no one was home, they arrived with no notice. We saw them on our Ring doorbell. We had no idea and therefore had to reschedule. When the installers did arrive at a set time, the wrong materials were installed and had to be ripped down and replaced. The order stated aluminum, but vinyl was put up. This was no fault of the installers, but from the company. It took over a month to complete the project with no shows and various reschedules. The installers did a nice job and were very nice, but they did leave a bit of a mess and nails all over. The finished work does look good, but the process and response from the company was very sub par.Service: Gutter installation
