Justin was great from the beginning, very knowledgeable. Dom/Kevin and the install crew were very good, excellent daily cleanup.The few minor details that were found upon inspection were promptly fixed. We highly recommend Salinas, the siding job looks awesome.

High winds again caused some damage to my Fascia, The fascia is custom bent and not something I could repair as it was torn, (I am also hesitant to go on a roof that steep). Based on all of the positive reviews I reached out to Salinas. I was connected with Garrett who was efficient and helpful with his time. He gave me scheduling options that they could come out, I think it was within the week, and a gentleman named Chele came out at the time scheduled and had the Fascia repaired in no time. Excellent process throughout and altough I hope to minimize how often I have home repairs I will definitely use Salinas again!

From the day Jeff came out to inspect the damage through all the craziness with adjusters, insurance and mortgage companies, through construction with the best crew ever, through an unexpected extra accident to the last email from MaKenna, Salinas has been the most respectful, kind and caring company to deal with. After the tornado, I was a little(lot) loopy and still Jeff was patient and responded to every long text and took the time to explain a lot to me. When there was a problem with the insurance losing invoices, Salinas was patient and did everything they could to get the correct info sent(a couple times) and the problem solved. Kevin the owner even stopped by at the beginning and introduced himself. The roofing and siding crew were awesome-quiet(no yelling or cussing like I’ve heard from neighboring companies), respectful and one gentleman even whistled and sang a beautiful song. My house and garage are GORGEOUS! So happy with the Juniper Ridge siding color, it looks beautiful with the driftwood color roof.Thank you to Kevin, Dominic, Brittany, Chris, Rigo, the best roofing and siding crews ever( I wish I would have gotten more names) and especially MaKenna and Jeff! You all ROCK!Surprisingly I didn’t have a good before photo.

Called and spoke with Jeff about a leak we had. He promptly came and checked it out. He noticed one thing that could be wrong and sent a crew out to fix it for us. We haven't had any water since. Found out about Salinas through our son who had them replace his roof and gutters. They did a great job there. That is what influenced our decision to use Salinas. Would highly recommend Salinas Roofing for any roofing, gutter jobs or repairs. They do quality work at a reasonable priced. They are now our roofers for anything we need done in the future.

The crew was professional and were safe due to the extreme slope of our house roof. They did a great job of cleaning up the jobsite at completion. Great experience all around! We had some small wind damage to our vinyl siding on the 2nd story of our home. We called a few contractors who declined to even look at it. Salinas was the complete opposite! Garrett arrived the same day to do an estimate and provided a very reasonable quote. Chris arrived at the scheduled time to complete the work. It looks great and there was no mess left behind to know they were even here. Will definitely contact them first in the future if we ever need exterior work done.

Alex and Jeff are great to work with. Our house was done in a reasonable time frame. There were a few situations the had to fix but they did it with smiles on there face. The only reason the aren't getting 5 star is because whoever was texting me about our bill was rude. I explained several times I wouldn’t be paying until all repairs were completed. I asked for a confirmation on the amount owed and was answered with an exclamation point. It was rude and uncalled for. The other reason was because we had to several things that needed fixed. They repaired a few screens and we weren’t informed. But they fixed them, too tightly and the frames were bent. Then they fixed them again, the right way. Then there was two other things we needed repaired. But they were done right away with any complaining or conflict. I will definitely and have been referring people to Salinas.

Great experience using Salinas after the hail damage from the tornado in June! Justin was great to work with through the whole process! We had our roofing, siding, gutters and some brickwork done and we are so happy with the result of our home! Any issues or questions that we had were very quickly answered and resolved! Thank you to Salinas Exteriors for doing an outstanding job on replacing my roof and some siding. Since the June 15,2023 storm, they have worked diligently with my insurance company to obtain the necessary funds for the damage that was done. Insurance companies aren’t easy to work with but Garrett at Salinas did not give up. I get many compliments on the finished product and I love the new look of my house. Thank you Salinas!

Had a gutter and fascia board rip off the side of my house from the ice and wind, set up an appointment online and Justin came out the next day. Less than a week later they were able to repair it, repair looks great and they hauled away the damaged pieces. I would highly consider them for any gutter needs!Edit:4/16/24I had them come out to patch a few shingles that were pointed up from an older rusty nail, they came out the day after the proposal was accepted and fixed it, they did a great job!

Had a roof replaced, siding, gutters, and now a siding repair (repaired siding isn’t from previous Salinas work). Awesome planning and response time and actually answers after project questions unlike other companies that do similar work. They take care of their customers. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Salinas team was one of only a few roofers to respond to a request for an estimate in a timely manner and provide that estimate in the same efficient fashion. After contacting Salinas, Garrett came to our home, he immediately got in contact with our insurance after assessing our damage from the June tornado. He worked to make sure that we got exactly what was needed! Dominik our project manager, was always quick to respond to any questions we may have had during our installation of roof and siding. The roofing and siding crews with their attention to detail was outstanding, along with cleanup! Last but not least, was the communication from Brittany, and Mackenna with delivery days and projects starting dates. Also giving us advance notice if any delays were to occur! Salinas did an amazing job! They went above and beyond when it came to our roof and siding. The big name company that did the exact same work cut corners causing issues that were found and corrected by Salinas. We appreciated them taking the time to correct and fix the rotted wood that was found because of someone else's poor work. If you want your job done right at a fair price this company is it!

I had multiple companies bid this job for new roof and new gutters. Salinas beat everyone on price and there communication was by far the most professional in communication and helping us know what to expect. The crew showed up and got the job done in one day and did an amazing job. When they were done they cleaned up as if they were never there. We did have a small tree tragedy in the process and they were so quick to take care of it and reimburse us for the the tree, no hesitation at all. Salinas added super trashy looking 1x4s adhered with globs of caulk to our 125 year old house and they seem to think that's totally acceptable. These folks are also the worst at communication. Do not hire them if you want your house to look nice.

They came and changed a standard window into a slider door. From start to finish was a smooth process. They were very respectful, taped and tarped everything off to minimize dust, and cleaned up when they were done! Would recommend 10/10! Will definitely be using them in the future for more exterior projects!

Salinas removed the old roofing on my 8' X 12' shed and installed new tar paper and shingles. Everything was perfectly aligned and leveled. It rained later on that afternoon with no leakage, and all the old materials were cleaned up and taken away. Not sure where my original review went … Salinas performed a repair at my house yesterday afternoon (nov 2nd). Salinas was the 3rd company I contacted, the first two either didn’t bother to show for the estimate or never showed for the repair. The guys came out the same to do the repair. The entire team was professional and courteous! I’ll be contacting Salinas for all of my roofing projects in the future!
