Looked at the satellite picture of the house and gave me a detailed price before leaving the premises3. Crew worked very hard and very efficiently.4. Meticulous clean-up. I have yet to find a nail or piece of roofing material anywhere in my yard or landscaping.5. Used DocuSign for all paperwork. Very straightforward.6. Exceptional communication. I got regular updates on when the team would be there and all the relevant details.

Danny the owner of Top Roofing llc. and his whole team were incredibly professional and went above my expectations in every category for our new roof. Danny was extremely polite, professional, honest and one of the biggest for me was he isnt pushy with sales tactics. Just a good honest man. The material they use are superior and come with an amazing warranty! His team was amazing they removed and replaced my roof in 10 hours or so one day ! They moved any patio furniture and even checked for nails way out in the yard my by sons sandbox/slide not just the patio right around the house. Upon the purchase of our new home, our inspection indicated that we would need a new roof. Of course, a new roof is one of the most important investments you will make in your home. We have never had a roof installed, so we were starting with no background knowledge. We called around numerous companies, and decided to go with Top Roofing. The reasons were their timely response, their impressive materials they provide you with to learn more about the options, materials used, and process of your roof replacement.Throughout the process, Danny (the owner) was responsive, timely, and professional. He came to our home to walk through the entire process, and communicated with us throughout the process.The most impressive aspect of this entire experience was how quickly they were able to come out to the house and start/complete the job. They were out within a week, and the entire roof was completed in about a day and a half. Their cleanup was very thorough, and apart from there being a brand new roof on the house, you wouldn't even know they were here (that is how thorough they were).The roof is beautiful, the house is protected for decades, and the cost was even more affordable than we had anticipated (they were in-line with other companies, but maybe slightly more affordable).I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had with Top Roofing.
