We've used Tri-State Windows twice within the past 2 years. The first job was adding a brand new bay window into our living room which completely transformed the space from a dungeon into a room we actually want to be in. The second job they just wrapped up was replacing windows in the kids room from old drafty and leaky double hungs to casements. The master carpenter, Ron, and his crew know what they're doing and do great work. I'll be using Tri-State Windows again in the future.

A great choice for your house work needs. I had a siding job that came up right in the middle of winter. I thought it would be well into spring based on the cold conditions that the job would be able to be complete. Fortunatley Tri State was able to do the work much early than expected. And at high quality and a much lower cost than competitor quotes. Would highly recommend !

IMPORTANT, I can not say enough good about this company and their way of doing business and want anyone who wants a trouble free nice looking job done in good time to listen to me. You need to look no further and trust me when I say the estamater, the office,the owner, all have been fantastic through this whole project and I'm so grateful for that.In today's world finding this kind of professionalism from office to job site is rare and this company needs to be commended on their hard work and people skills through this process, at this point they are my go to contractor and my exsperiance was painless and wonderful and came out exactlyas they said.I would not even shop another contractor as beating my exsperiance here can't happen. I went to Tri State for siding and roofing a few years back and was very satisfied. So when my siding was damaged by branches from a storm, it was a no brainer to call them for the fix. Tri-State was accurate — and honest — about the time it would take. The price was reasonable and it’s done and looks good. Definitely satisfied.

Had them replace my roof and they did fine up until the end. They did not replace my step flashing. Instead they quickly slapped a huge ugly piece of flashing over the top of the old step flashing along my brick.When we called to complain we were told that is the way they do it and that cross flashing was something very common. We were told they would come take the piece down but that was it.When I was quoted I specifically asked about the step flashing and was assured it would be done correctly. I’m very disappointed in how the front of my house looks.

Great company! Very responsive from start to finish. Always returned calls and emails with any questions. Ron installed 14 windows and 2 doors. Ron was here when he said he would be and even stayed late to finish what he was working on and did not rush install. Our home is from 1890 and I’m sure was challenging but you would never know! New siding and new gutters. Tri-state did a good job and over all I'm please with their work. The installers were professional and knew what they were doing. Their price was initially competitive however, after I signed the contract I was informed that it was underquoted and need to be increased by ~$3,000. At which point I told them to cancel the contact as I was over my initial budget already. After I informed them that I couldn't pay any more for the job, they agreed to do it for the original price so we went ahead with the job. All good .As I said, they did a good job and I'm happy with the outcome. The house looks nice. Communication and timeline could have been better.Service: Gutter installation

I had been asked to write a review back on 11/16/22 during our final inspection with Todd. However, it sat on the back-burner on my to-do list until now, 12/23/22, with an outside temperature of 0 degrees F and sustained winds of 40 with gusts to 55 mph. Now, rubber is meeting the road, and I felt compelled to raise this review to the top priority.This is a 29 year old house, we had already replaced the windows and the roof, now it was time to update the vinyl siding. I had two motivations on replacing the siding: spruce up the colors and add a layer of insulation. We signed the contract in July, and the work started in October. The colors turned out great - nothing but complements from friends and neighbors. The siding installation crew was professional, and they knew their business. That took about 4 weeks, including a few days of inclement weather. The gutter guys took one day, and they, too, were professional. They recognized the workmanship of the siding crew, and they commented that they were the best in the area.Now, back to why I'm writing the review. I mentioned the 0 degrees and the 55 mph gusts, and I mentioned the added insulation. It was only 3/8" of foam insulation (with an R-factor of 1) installed under the siding , but my house is warm, and the furnace is running at the same rate that it did last year with temps in the teens without the winds. Today, I feel like I hit a home run: not only is it a great looking home, but it's also warm.Dave Z.

I have had the opportunity to work with Tri-State for numerous repairs and new upgrades to our home.The quality of their products are incomparable. This was explained prior to installation, but especially noticed after the work was complete. The standard of the products they provide cannot be found at your local big-box store.Repair work was thoroughly evaluated by their team. A solution was explained and the process followed through with for completion.Regardless of whether it was upgrades or repair work, Todd always followed up after completion to make sure the work was completed based on his expectations as well as mine.
