John was right on time. He was concerned enough to remove his shoes at the door so as not to track anything inside. His inspection was thorough and he took plenty of time to explain what he was doing and why. He also explained well the reasons behind the different quotes provided. He was courteous and cheerful throughout his visit.

Maia was great. We knew going into the project that our roof was done incorrectly and needed a total rehaul. Maia let us know the process from A to Z and was very specific with each steps. We called Victor's roofing to get an inspection and estimate for our home. Their rep Colton Tankersley showed up and made the whole process very positive and did an excellent job presenting the options available to us. Colton was cordial and very professional, educating us and answering all our questions. If we end up moving forward with this project it will no doubt be because of how Colton represents his company.
